if no one answered you yet, I think the literal only way is to queue Ruins and go attack the training dummies. The dummies above Spectral Knight have full PDR and MDR. The dummies Northv of spectral have 0% resistances.

yeah its very easy to have both of those spells, but generally you wont use torture mastery if youre using the life drain + hydra combo. Like the other guy said, if this is all very new to you, there are probably some videos that will explain the how and the why much better

Try disabling overlays if you have any. GeForce Experience, Steam, Xbox, etc. The Nvidia one made my computer stutter and its a beast of a machine with perfect gigabit internet.

As a barbarian player you should go for max health, if you want to be slow go max health and pdr, if you want to be fast run agility, you will also need a lot of dex/action speed to swing fast

U wanna maximize magical healing tbh. Use lightfoots, occultist hood, those white gloves, those 3 knowledge pants, and a 3-2 knowledge robe. Classes are imbalanced and the game has constant meta abuse whether its movespeed, buffball, lobster, or landmine, constant meta abuse every wipe.
Zero skill expression that is available to all classes, we only have parry which lets be honest is too strong and too easy to use. Otherwise its crouch hopping in and out like two army guy toys.
Bosses are just massive health pools with a gimmick or two to cause insta wipe after any mistake rather than being actual engaging enemies, wipe a few times get the pattern down never fail again.
The RPG mechanics involved with the stats is GOD AWFUL design leading to just pure stat check based gameplay, exaggerated by not having any actual skill expression besides the most basic of info you get by repeatedly playing the same rooms over and over again. Game is fun, for a short while, then you realize there is literally nothing to grind for, no reason to go for the best gear, no reason to fight the bosses.

Every wipe plays out the same way for the top level of player: Wipe starts, rush to stockpile kits, do your quests which does not take very long at all, halfway through quest progression you will be able to consistently play HR with BIS. So you just stat check the entire lobby, keep the BIS for next time and redo, over.... and over.... and over.... and over..... with zero reason or point. The raids all play out the same way cause people only play the Meta Comps, so each fight plays out the same way. Just stat check players, and abuse the overly simplistic enemy AI and move on to the next group, dont bother with looting the room cause the loot is garbage. Get to boss, boss takes too long for what is a glorified basic enemy, no players left in the map so there is no real threat, the boss loot is terrible and proved to be a waste of time. Congrats, now do it a thousand times more.

I think that gear score on weapon slot items is way too high and needs to be adjusted for the sake of balance. RN if you're a magic caster you can either take in a colored spellbook and maybe a blue necklace if you're trying to do 124 lobbies, or you can build a full kit. There isn't really a "sacrifice" you have to choose from. I can either be a 35 strength, 160 hp fighter with all jewelry and the only thing im missing is gloves and a cloak, or I could bring in a longsword that maybe gives me 10% more damage and a necklace. Like there is no player choice, the choice is between 30% more damage and many other stats, or a 10-15% more damaging weapon. I'm not advocating for being able to bring in a purple ls/crossbow and full armor, but there should be more sacrifices to make for kits. If I want to be a high damage outputting fighter, I should have to sacrifice my max hp and agility rolls, or be sacrificing something but still be allowed to bring in a weapon. I literally have a 124 kit with 55% pdr as a longsword fighter with 160 hp and 35-38 strength because of grimsmiles, but god forbid I think of bringing in a green longsword

never ever fight LS at your weapon's maximum range. the closer you get, the harder it is for them to parry due to desync, and LS's left click dps is awful in comparison to most weapons, so you usually just kill them when you get close
