Druid will eventually probably get either reduced CD from the 6 sec. or more than 4 stacks. or each use will have it's own CD instead of them stacking. Or it stays this way and druids adapt. you can't spam shapeshift, it's been a problem. They probably put the numbers on the lower range and will tweek up a little. Just IMO

after some squire gear testing with purge shot this is what we figured out.... Anything skill affiliated and activated is safe from purge shot such as 2nd wind, sprint, smite, rage.... Perks are safe as well such as holy aura, sword mastery(obvi) and slayer... its only 1 arrow (you can't abuse multishot with it thank god) and only applies the true phys if a buff is removed... It seems to only work on buffs that are casted or applied with a spell such as bless, natures touch, stone skin, and ice weapon... the shield casted by a cleric however is safe it seems.... dont know if it applies however to buffs from artifacts such as life after death.... It says the true phys scales 1.0 which i tested and it seems it doesnt (thank god)... as a non ranger main i feel relieved i'll say and i hope this information helps others and we didnt get to test it with every single buff so there might be a couple i missed

And I am saying it being replenishable is true but replenish able does not equal temporary. An example of this is HP you can replenish HP but it is not temporary. A limited duration HP buff is temporary because it has a limit to it not because you can replenish the hp. They are two separate thing replenishment is not tied to temporary or permanence status.

This patch is a huge W. However, I'm really wondering why they still haven't fixed new druid perk. Is it intended to incetivise druid to shift to full support role?

Right now, the way Lifebloom works is that it adds +2hp to any healing tick regardless of scaling. So for some spells/abilities it counts like up to +20 magical healing. I will experiment with this myself and make a bug report. If you think this is an issue, please do the same. IM apparently didn't notice the issue yet.
