Fighters got bows, and use any weap in game which is broken enough by itself. barbs have to use shit weapons like warmaul / double axe. fighter is a luxury class that can also have range options, just no MR perk thats the only diff

Not in the overall feel of the game between now and before. Because of how leaving the raids works now, you never have to make hard choices to survive with your stuff. There are like over 10 ways to leave the raid each time that are always in the same place and open 90 seconds after spawning in, every time. It takes the risk away and with it the sense of danger. Especially now that 0-24 is gone, I feel like people with gear fear are just gonna clear their spawn room and maybe a few more close by, then leave for free. I don't think that's better than having to use your brain to leave the raid and interact with other players who are competing with you to leave with there loot and gear also.

Im not a hardcore player, and i approve this changes. Its about risk management and different playstyles in the dungeon. If you are 125 in hr or 0 in normal, then play like it. You are weaker, but you have potential to get really good gear, if you play like a crow (loot dead bodies) or rat. you can fight, high risk, high reward etc. And no everyone will run Bis. It will muuuch more expensive now, like it was in the past, where no lobbies existed. its not an arena game, the fights were never 100% balanced. its about risk and chance. and surviving.

Dude we all were new players once. Where no lobbbies existed at all, and the game was fine. I would say it was the best state even. No min-max shit. Either you get stronger or weaker with gear. no greens or blues being more expensive as purple.
AND you can still decide to not engage into a fight, if you think you are lower geared. It makes the game interesting. its not an arena game, its a dangerous dungeoncrawler, and survival is also an aspect. And gearbased games are never balanced.
And im saying this as NOT a good player.

Its about risk management. you can also go with low gear, but disengange and loot other bodies, low risk high reward. or fight higher geared players, high risk high reward. the game was so much more fun in the ppast. dropping a juicer was just magical. and you CAN kill people with higher gear. also finding blues is literally not hard anymore- by the time your first fight rolls around, chances are you’ve found 1-2 blues which causes your GS to spike to like 40-50+, so technically nothing is really changing bracketwise

I think the change gives noobs an opportunity to wear some gear without feeling like they need to take it off after every match to get under 24GS.
I'm not where you seen them said they would remove squire gear.
Base stats of white vs greens aren't that different. You get one roll.
It's equipping 3 greens to get to 100+gs. (Weapon 2 equip) It's not that serious.

Also given the time of this change, high level players will be in HR when leaderboards drop.
Not a bad time for a change like this.

For all new players: the new fastest way to make money is to just spawn with your squire gear(get all instruments in utility slot) just run to extract and open 1 or 2 chests, extract and sell your squire kit to the merchant. This patch is really gonna improve new player experience!

Hatchet barbarian was very oppressive toward every class. Very fast, big damage, huge heals with blood exchange. The changes seem to give more room for counter play now and also seems like it gives the barbarian more room to play with bigger slower weapons (as they offer bigger heals for landing hits)

Hatchet won’t heal much with Blood Exchange and fighter is buffed so the hatchet barb will suffer against fighter. Especially if the hatchet animation fix works.
@last spoke it’s really easy to get the gear for a 124s kit it costs like 500g for a decent one. Also people in higher brackets are better so it’s good for improving to fight there
