@hardy juniper You can't get max rolls with sockets. E.g., on a ring, you can get a +3 max hp roll, but sockets will only give you minimum rolls ( 1 max hp). so finding gears or crafting will be more BIS than socketing items

It may not be working quite right since if someone picks up your gear then goes down the game will wait until that session is closed, then if someone comes in and kills them and takes your gear it will wait until the hell they go into ends too. So it's probably just a far longer delay than it used to be if someone takes some of your stuff

It only works off the base time.

So if you take Fire Arrow for example, base CD of 3s
Mana Fold reduces this by 0.75s to 2.25s.
If you add Time Distortion, increasing the CD by 4x to 12, Mana Fold still only reduces by the base.
Fire Arrow with Mana Fold and Time Distortion is reduced by 0.75s to 11.25s.

Mana Fold is just a terrible, terrible perk. Never take it. You lose the 5% move speed bonus even when not casting, it's always on. The cd reduction is only scaled off the base so is rarely more than 2s in the biggest/slowest spells

If you then add Time Distortion, Fire Arrow is increased to a 12s cd, but it still uses the base number for reduction

This means a 50% cdr from resourcefulness reduces it from 12s to 10.5s, as it's still using the 1.5s from the base number

This idea’s floated around for a while and I always found it awful. It removes the PvPvE side of it, and people will still just wait but have more time to setup traps.

Same reason I hate continuous spawning, but well flipped. It removes the E from PvPvE when you spawn in 6 minutes late and all the mobs are dead

Sounds like you got hit for Real Moneying or market flooding with bots. They are usually quick to respond to those tickets, unless they found you are guilty then they tend to just ignore them from what I’ve seen.

With the ice spell, yeah. With the right timing you can survive any attacks the bosses do with no damage taken. Mudshield also negates almost all boss attacks too

So you have two 100% damage reduction spells, with the option of insta cast.

Throw the lightning aoe single spell up, and glaciate on your sword for infinite slows. The AoE also slows so the boss is stuck at -40% action speed. Making it even easier to negate their attacks

The Join in Progress is genuinely one of the worst changes the game has ever seen imo. No PvE cause they’re all dead, no looting cause the corpses and chest are long emptied, no questing cause of both. I suppose you could PvP someone who’s been in and looting for 6+ minutes before and geared up even further

So we have a PvPvE dungeon looter where the looting and vE is gone, and the PvP is even more unbalanced

Yes, it takes about 6 seconds to fully kill someone now and the AoE is smaller, so if they die to just it it’s a skill issue. Still a great clear tool and to prod someone out from around corners.

As I said earlier, we have a dungeon looter PvPvE game. But now you load into a dungeon with 8 minutes left, no vE as all the mobs are dead, no looting as the chests and corpses are long emptied, no questing cause they often require both those actions.

We still have the PvP but it’s even more unbalanced cause the other guy has had 6+ minutes of looting and gearing to your fresh spawn.

Please change the Lightradius on Fog of War-minimap. The best quality of life fix now should be that.
It feels very hard and impossible to walk around in dungeon. People just running in circles and are not able to enjoy the map.
Randomized maps is good and a cool feature, but without even a minimap, it feels like you are very limited on exploring dungeon.
I have played a lot, and my friends play, everyone feels the same. It's too much with the Fog of War. Either remove it, or make radius a lot bigger.

I think we should give a perk to sorc that adds str and vig but removes will. This will make LS and other melee weapons viable. Right now crystal sword is the only viable melee weapon if you wanna build a melee focused sorc build. This will add variety to the sorc builds so we won't have to deal will only caster sorcs. And before you start typing that i would be OP think for a second. Warlock is a similar class with both casting abilities and good melee. With BoC and Life Steal. Sorc needs some kind of buff and i think this is a step in the right direction. ❤️

After having had a decent amount of time with the hotfix, I'm having a better time with it than the previous version, here's my general feedback:

I think the current form of continuous spawning is relatively okay but the loss of the expressman is not. Without the expressman there is no incentive to interact with multiple layers while going down.

Sorcerer is now decently balanced, and feels good to play without being unfairly strong, but I still think it needs better and less dramatic perks that are not based around huge negatives. Many of them feel like they shouldn't be used together, and there's only 5 of them. I do not like Time Distortion right now, and still think it's too strong and think it would make more sense if it instead removed merge times instead of cast times, and simply did not have a downside - that would still be strong but isn't massively overpowered like having the ability to instant-cast every spell.

Please has anyone know the fix to my bug issue. Only started since wipe day. Going down into crypts has a special map. One that reveals slightly where you have traveled. The map in every one of my games does not reveal the map, and my mini map and full map are permanently blacked out. It's making these "visit barracks" and "visit old tomb quests impossible. All other maps my mini map works and functions correctly. I'm at my wits end.
