Druids biggest problem is for melee classes they almost can never kill a druid unless the druid really messes up. I think druid losing instant transform or changing the amount of animals in the animal spell memory could also be good. Movement is the most important thing in the game and the only other class that comes close to the movement of druid is rogue with double jump but rogue is WAY slower. Removing instant transform from druid or making them have to choose want animals they want to bring in to a raid are good ways to balance out the class IMO. You can also give some power back to druid as well

Instant transformation is fine imo, hell I think that the animal forms are each honestly pretty fine in their own regard. My main issue is how easy it is to do various animal shenanigans while also being fully capable in human form as well. There's no tradeoff for having access to complete wild shape mastery through perks.

Panther jump can be countered by shooting them due to the decrease in health during jumps, rat jump is unbalanced imo.

(rat jump is unbalanced since it requires an INSANE amount of aim to actually kill them or items you may or may not have which I think is a dumb way to balance the game imo)

I agree it’s not powerful, I hated playing Bear on my Druid after the Action Speed nerf, it was far too much.

Yeah, the fact someone can close a door mid-fight and pop a potion before you can even enter the door makes fights so incredibly irritating if you aren't gravitating towards ranged combat.

a majority of modules in DnD can be traveled EXTREAMLY quickly with druid. IMO its crazy druids movement has been left in the game as long as it has. there is a movespeed cap for a reason and druid can exceed it as well as get a lot of verticle mobility

I think they’re trying that with the changes to damage.

They’ve lowered scaling and increased base damage so you get more value out of your transform with lower stats meaning you can build to support and use your forms to be the damage dealer.

Druids are literally described as the more martial oriented support class, they should be the best “support” in a fight.

I personally liked the changes but I absolutely LOATHE the attack speed nerf on bear..

Oh and Druid spells should cost less slots, needing such high knowledge is ridiculous and runs counter to the hybrid role

technically theyre flying not really running which is what ms affects. but that doesnt change the fact that itll be a dead class without the move tech. removing it isntreally an option unless they come up with some really crazy new abilities for druid to replace them. They can move but panther dies to 2 hits and bear has 0 mobility you can get away super easy. Yes, unplayable, I stopped playing because, using a light class, one or two arrows are enough to die. The funny thing is that I get shot even at close range so there is no point in playing. @uneven garden I and numerous friends just refuse to engage any Barbarians at this point. We gladly take on any other class but getting 1-2 shot, forced to run a build with a ranged option or countless ammunition, Barbarian's being equally fast if not faster and can be unhindered by doors, can spam francesca axes that slow and do solid damage from mid-range to chase, and are very tanky just makes fighting them a hassle. You can argue for Warlocks but you can still chase, reduce magic damage taken from their bolts, and they need darkness stacks for it to hit really hard. Not to mention it isn't a hitscan and can be dodged or blocked as its a projectile and Barbarians can have shields now too. This isn't to say they are invincible but when I can catch a Barbarian off guard with Invis, stab him 8-12 times and a rupture hit, and he turns and 1-shots me, it's insane

That must be a bug but I've personally never encountered that. My only hypothesis as to why something like that would happen is if you have no inventory space to put the bolt/arrow in your inventory to unload.

you win close up, you absorb more damage and deal more damage up close, and you can also block the shotgun. In the ranged battle, you win it aswell assuming you can hit your arrows at a similar rate to the ranger. I mean yeah you can't ust stand still and swing sword at ground and still win. But you have the advantage.

You can win with just crossbow if you are good enough with it, but bow is better.

Thats why fighter shouldnt be allowed to use either a bow or crossbow. It gives them too much utility as a class and eliminates any weakness the class has. No reason to play any class that isnt fighter.

Totally agreed. I would recomend splitting weapon mastery into like 4 perks. Let sword mastery allow them to equip rapiers and crystal swords. Add like mace mastery for morning stars and war mauls. Polearm mastery for bardices, and then ranged mastery for crossbows.

That way fighter has to use a perk to have ranged option, and they cant break the game by equiping shit like mana sphere.

You are correct right now fighter is the ace of all trades. They are the best class in the game and stomp everyone else. They can do everything, sometimes better than the core class that weapon or playstyle was made for. They need to be nerfed, they need to nerfed hard.

Fighter doesnt need access to a ranged weapon, they have the ability to close distance better than any other class. They have shields they have sprint, they have perfect block, they have spell refelct, they have a pavise. Fighter can close distance, they just dont want to because range trading is superior and lets them bully everyone while always having the momentum.

The main issue with this patch, is they’re still doing minor balance changes when the count is still decreasing, they continued to whip lash their players in the middle of the season and people are just sick of it clearly.

Legendary 2 handed is 120 GS. Each white piece of gear is 1GS.
You get a legendary 2 handed then take boots pants chest and either gloves or head.

Alot of barbs run lizard and get away with full available gear slots and bring in the weapon
