Yep, maybe not a day if you have a life but its easy to get a decent chunk of AP per game, not even 12 games on the new map but have reliably extracted the last 8 times on HR, so many static exits that as long as you make your clear route the closest one then just clear around it your almost 100% going to get out if you dont fuck up the PVE, which was hard but I liked the ice caves being a harder map so having more mobs mad sense, love the freeze mechanics since I dont have to be forced into places on the map for the most part

Warlocks are certainly NOT fine. It's impossible to run one down, ecpecially if they debuff you. They heal as they damage, can summon a turret, wear allo of the best gear in the game. Use the 2 best swords in the game, only missing out on the Rapier. And now they can tranform into a death machine that rapid fire shoots unlimited Dark Bolts...NOT fine at all. Oh and I forgot about Blow of Corruption and it's absolutely ridiculously quick cool down and damaghe potential. Ohh and they are the only class that can escape getting body blocked by ads with Phantomize.\

So a naked Barb can use a single shout and achieve literally (atleasst) double the base Vigor and Str of any other class in game and get a speed boost with that.... The Fighter gets an attack speed buff that immediately debuffs you following it's use.... Oh, And the Barb is rewarded with damage when they don't use a chest piece which only makes them even faster. And the new armor debuf is pointless because of the reach of their weapons and it disapates on hit. If that lingered maybe it would matter but, it doesn't in this meta.

Yea, no one is talking about the needed fighter nerf. They are savage in solo, look at their total points, and look at the lowest top 100 fighter compared to the lowest in every other rank. Their floor and top are both the best in the game RN fighter needs some serous nerf too

I have had more fun the past few weeks running the hydra heals and having the spells not cost any real health to cast. Its so much cheaper to build magic damage instead of magic healing its just slightly harder to heal mid fight, but at the same time you dont need to as much because your spells dont cost that much

Well Wizard in my view was improved in solo a decent bit with these changes. However I think one issue that still remains is that Wizard cannot fulfill its actual fantasy enough. Using your spells on PVE is very inefficient and risky in case PVP occurs right after, especially when soloing.

A base wizard trying to kill a skeleton with Fireball would likely spend all 4 fireballs on a single skeleton, and require like a minute or two of sitting down to get them back. The only spells that are decent against PVE are magic missile and ignite (which forces you to melee as a caster)

I think cantrips doesnt really solve the issue, why should all other spells be bad in PVE? It doesnt feel right to fireball a skeleton 4 times before it dies. It's just that all monsters have innate 22% magic resistance and -10% armor, so physical damage is far more efficient.

the magical healing nerf was a huge end game warlock nerf that is all golden locks run with phantomize which is where the main problem was imo. Ive never really seen how hydra is so OP myself, the warlock has to have some kind of good healing options when their spells cost health or the class is not a caster class anymore. You cant use lifedrain mid fight like you can tm so I think this will solve most of the problem, while still allowing the class to feel viable as a caster or however else you build it

Thats the funny part, you don't need PDR. Roar gives a guaranteed -50% power. You just stack up magic reduction and run at full speed because physical can't beat you due to roar, and lock/wiz already had a hard time, now they fucked cause you can run shield instead of lantern, and shield blocks lock curses, wizard zaps, slow, missile and denies over half a fireball damage, it also blocks lightning strike.

Second wind only works for pdr on sustained fights, so other non slayer fighters or ranged, otherwise you can't disengage to outheal the incoming damage, specially with the extra hit you're forced to take without returning.

This is less a buff and more pure accurate. This barb is essentially mid and northern europ, famous for axes, the viking sword, spears, and the round sheild. Realy want to even out barb? Make a 1h short spear that can be thrown and recovered while using sheild. No magic ability to the spear, treat them like half ammo half weapon, like a Fran axe in the 1h slot. Do that and I will call barbs fine, but the sheild isn't as big as you think due to lack of 1h weapons with good options

#day1 asking for Fighter buff. The shield feels like a punishment, the lag makes the Long Sword unreliable at best. The difficulty of raising PDR to a viable stat and keeping enough movement to fight..anything that isn't a Cleric or PDR fighter is ajoke when Warlocks and Rogues get plus all attribute gear and plate (for the warlock) allowing them to easily stack so much Agi that they are unhittable. The cooldown on Sprint ensures this. Barbs cause so much stagger on ashield its pointless to try. Rogues stack Dagger traits like hotcakes. Warlock stacks whatever it wnats. Barb does too. Why does the Fighter have 15 utterly wasted stats points in INT? WHY!!!? Split it into Agi and something else for the love of god! The ONLY sheild skill should be inherent like the Riposte to reward a skilled block and punish a spammer and would save a fighter for asecond against a suprise spam meta rush...There are too many easy things to do that would allow the Fighter to feel and play well but inmstead. Maybe we should buff the Warlock and give it the most diversity and potential in the game.....Oh and the Cleric....love a Cleric, hate to fight one. Lets buff the Cleric again, again too lol. What joke this is becoming. Rip our chance at askill based melee game with an RPG setting like this. Maybe we shouls just get the Epic models and remake the game with real balance? its very versatile though, some of those fights probably shouldnt have been taken in the first place but I have seen them too. if you run the version of rouge with double jump/rupture/hand crossbow a lot of that doesnt apply because you can stay far away and poke people down. It just depends on the build I guess. I dont think a little rouge should be able to trade 1v1 with a barb or PDR fighter very well or it would mean theyre outputting way too much damage for the other classes

Barb overall got nerfed if you ask me, one of their ablities became nearly unplayable for a tank build, their damage got nerfed through strength nerf, and all their broken ablities got a time limit nerf. You make it sound like your being geared means your running all plate. id say dont do that. Find gear to round out your build so when your buffed up you can go around 300 without weapons. enough knowledge for all your spells, and for a cleric probably the rest in vigor and strength, will if you are running smite or judgmend as your crutch, magic damage is better for that though straight up.

You're right but the problem with barbarian for me now is that I can't hit them. My only spells that I can connect are fireball, lightning strike (which is already hard), and thats really it. The speed nerf allows me to get away but my playstyle is to always go for the kill. I never run unless I know I'm going to die and even then I still might not run. It being a round shield is better than a heater for sure because fighters can put up a fight due to the low impact power but that was an absolute stupid decision. The best way to fight a barb is to slow and ice bolt. If they block my slow, then block my ice bolt, how am I going to fight when I run out of spells.

Then play a faster class. Base movement speed is the same for all classes, its base stats that raise it. You got slayer fighter with a movement speed boost, naked ranger/ wizard with good movement speed, bard with buffs, and rogue, play one of these or counter them

It will finally fulfill an important aspect of the barbarian/viking fantasy, not to mention provide an important, yet missing up until now, game mechanic for the barbarian class: the ability to protect oneself with a shield. I'm also a game developer and it's quite standard to give users a fixed date ahead of time if content will be removed / changes will be made that affect their currencies and or characters instead of vague statements like "soon"

I also wouldn't consider the removal of a currency with as low of a drop rate / as much of an integral use case as candy canes / gingerbread as a "minor" change. I would even go as far as to argue that it shouldn't be removed mid league and replaced at the tail end as it was.

Yes, it does! I prefer to play barbarian with the northern full tunic, so having a way to block attacks instead of being forced to evade all attacks, when I am too slow to evade them, is refereshing. It forced me to play the bare-chested subclass instead, one that I dislike playing a lot. I simply didn't play barbarian because of that.

the developers still don't understand the busted barbarian ability called Savage Roar , where it reduces a flat 50% value of enemies hit, so if an enemy rogue has -10% physical damage bonus then a barbarian uses savage roar on the rogue ,that rogue will then have -60% physical damage bonus.... ( it does -10% + -50% = -60% ) which is wrong... it should be -10% * 50% = -15% ... SIMPLE MATH

warlock magic should be doing more dmg base or show more presence on the battle field in my opinion the trade off for using your HP as a resource should theoretically call for very very strong spells but things like "Curse of weakness" should last for 15 seconds, "Hydra" should last for 15-20 seconds "Evil eye" should be reworked to be a "drone" that can be controlled and placed and its view point can be seen under the map UI when not controlling it also this "drone" can see people that are invisible this spell would last for about 45 seconds with its cost to cast adjusted in parallel, "Flame Walker"s flames should have a longer life time on the ground with cost to cast adjustments if needed ect any other warlock players out there let me know your opinions am i incorrect or some degree of justified in your view

question for the chat, i have a friend that's just purchased the game and is attempting to download it. The first time it installed then the files were unable to be verified. He reinstalled it and attempted this a second time with the same issue. Now he's reinstalling it on a seperate drive and its verifying integrity of files but its stuck at 100%. hold your A key down and continuously strafe around his left side, he wont be able to hit you. Step in and hit him on the arm twice when he backhands, and hit him twice on the head when he overhands.
