Would be nice if you could make a tavern where you can sit down and talk with other people, reading patch notes and quests on a board, having an npc that can serve you food/ale/potions (like the lobby one before joining a match). Kind of like a role playing thing where you can spend some time before joining a game and maybe find a party that way also.
Anime like goblin slayer and konosuba have the tavern/guild style I'm thinking of.

Please consider removing The Swarm at some point. I love it's implementation at the beginning, it 100% was the way to go at the start. It brings excitement, keeps the game moving and goes hand in hand with the quick matchmaking during these playtests. However in the long term, it limits the game. Especially with the consistent player base that's being built, and is honestly already here, removing the circle and giving players freedom to explore, fight, escape, etc. over a longer period of time (maybe 20 minutes, there still should be a timer or "endpoint", just without the swarm) and at their decision would be amazing. Also, with this the lobbies could probably be one to two teams of 3 bigger, though they wouldn't have to be, and this would set the game up for more robust quests. Either way, love what you've done, thanks for your work and wish you all a Happy Holiday season ❤️

scrolls you can collect throughout the map that once you have enough of can reveal where an escape portal is. Can scale with a certain skill like knowledge or wisdom to determine how many scrolls you need to reveal the portal location

it would be cool a hotkey that lets you inspect your weapons, like the system present in Vermintide or similar games where you can dynamically inspect your own weapons just to check the details of the model.
I think it would be a nice addition to implement for a First-Person, just for aesthetic.

Decrease the swing speed of Felling Axe. Increase the swing speed of other 2 handed axes for Barb. Everyone is just rushing with Felling Axe due to the high swing speed. The other axes seem to be useless and no one uses them due to the slow attack and easy dodge counter.

Races should be present in the game, but they are selected when creating a character. Races can be there by default, unlocked, or even dlc but the idea of choosing different races with different attributes and abilities would fit the themes and make the gameplay loop different each race, which also allows for a lot more replay-ability.

Desert Temple/Egyptian Map Ideas
(Just a quick thought/rundown for this map)
Upon opening a Tomb(Loot Chest) chance of mummies to come out of it
Traps containing in the map:
Upon stepping ontop of fragile ground, it will collapse causing you to be in a room with 3 mummies (2 normal and 1 elite) and scorpions, With one Lion chest and 2 smaller ones. Or you can choose to leave, go up a ramp and open the passage-way with lever.

I suggest putting limits/caps on the amount of people allowed per trade-group in the trading post. Make it about 250-300 people, to reduce spam and spread everyone out around all the channels, rather than Weapon Trade Post 1 having 800 and everything else having ~100 or <50

A gender swap Serum/Potion, purchasable from the surgeon for a large sum of Gold. Permanently changes your characters gender.
Obviously this is just so you can change without needing to make a new character, purely cosmetic.

buff the range/speed/move speed reduction of the crystal sword or change how the ignite spell interacts with faster weapons by making it scale less with spell power and start scaling with weapon damage, currently crystal sword is straight outclassed by the crystal ball and rondel + ignite combo.

You guys are knocking it out of the park with this game, you're filling an entire void in the gaming community. Something that let's people show their internet epeen, true risk vs reward gameplay, and high skill ceiling gameplay. Most companies won't do this due to the size of the markets they hit, they're generally pretty niche. Please... p l e a s e don't cater to the masses and naysayers. Instead, charge a higher entry point for the game itself. People spend $20 for 2 hours of entertainment at the movies. How many hours are they gonna get from this on average? Shoot for the moon. I'd pay $100 for this game in its current state if you can keep the cheating under control. Keep going, we are all behind you.

Include categorization/filters into the Trade System, where players can purchase a specific item with an applied filter to help with the purchase and not struggle to read 10 posts a second in the Trade system by possibly overlooking the item due to the spam. The filters can be from basic to a general weapon or for specific perks, this will be well suiting for players looking to buy and create certain role builds to help optimize their teams for HR, or even boss fights.

New weapon suggestion - Holy Book.
Clerics only.
Replaces the staff weapon in the cleric kit.
Has no weapon damage makes you move -10 speed, like spell books, but instead of a bonus to magic damage, gives you a bonus to healing and buff duration for spells you cast.

the barb being able to use all weapons....if a fucking wizard can use a crossbow then barb can too...makes zero sense...ALSO why doesnt the cleric have its own symbol...instead of a staff...the book works...but as a cleric you have a holy symbol to use to cast spells.

I do like the cosmetics would like to see it more fleshed out instead of spending x games to get x amount of currency. I think it would be more rewarding and fun with unique unlocks doing a specific task was added along side currency unlocks. For example killing x amount of elite skeletons as a skeleton you get the skin unlocked. Unlocking somethinf with the gold key and extracting gives you cosmetic golden lockpick.
Keeping items with stat changes like the skeleton available for currency and variants/other as unlocks.
(Sidenote i think cosmetics shouldnt stray too far from the original item or model)

Clerics feel like they have the worst starting kit in the game. I think maces could be made slightly better? Clerics being the worst at PvP is fine but it feels like the gap between cleric and the next worst is too large.

I love the refreshes of the shops but it would be nice to have the bare basics for the respective class you are playing. For example, I'm running barb instead of taking up an item slot for a halberd since its locked to fighter it would be nice to have that space allocated for class specific starters. A bare minimum felling axe, double axe, battle axe, zweihander, etc etc its great to have the random chance for perc'd items in there but the basics of the class should be included, but im guessing something like this is already coming since quests are hinted to be a thing soon, reputation unlocks?

Merge most of merchants. Weaponsmith can sell whe his own melee weapon on (1) page, and renged weapon from Woodworker on (2) page.
Same to Merge Surgeon, Tavern Master and Alchemist to one Alchemist.

Me and my friends have spent lots of time in this playtest learning and loving. Culmination of our insights and those I have seen here, the lobby feature could be something really special. Imagine if the starting area when you go into a game was your party lobby. It could have store houses for lots of loot, communal bins/way to transfer loot to teammates easier than dropping them during a game, and much more. NPC/merchants could be physical vendors and so on.

The new AI patch that has 'aggression to nearby targets' makes the Rogue quite irrelevant in party combat.

When you're solo or if your partner(s) in a duo or trio are dead, buffing/healing targets other than yourself should be disabled unless you turn a setting on or something. Randomly healing or buffing enemies because you're looking at them is silly.

Extend the time spent in the tavern ahead of starting a dungeon run and allow players to interact with each other to create groups. Would help solo players have a better chance at finding groups instead of being forced to use outside sources to find others to group with. Would also still let solo players be able to go in if that's what they want as well.

there should be no speed boost items or perks unless weapons damage is going to be drastically revamped. Fighters in full plate should not be able to chase down the faster classes who aren't wearing heavy armor yet it happens all the time.

Morale boost gives a Movespeed buff instead of health on kill, it makes far more sense given the context, when morale is raise you're invigorated wanting to further charge in especially given how it'd synergize berserker as well it seems to be the play

Longbow might need to be retuned. If you take Nimble Hands it renders the Recurve Bow useless, even without it I rarely see people using a Recurve over the Longbow. You get all that damage at no cost. An idea could be separating the perks based on the bow you choose to use. Nimble goes with Recurve for a faster, lighter burst, while maintaining low weight with a lighter bow and lighter arrows for more maneuverability; and Longbow gets the bigger, heavier, hard hitting, long draw speed bow playstyle.

I'm with the naysayers, down with the zoomer circle. This is a dungeon crawler and it ought to lean into that ethos to achieve the same effect as the ugly ouch circle. One such way is to make the circle invisible and simply increase wandering monster spawns as time goes on.

Since there is no "flea" market, instead there is a chat, give us option to search for specific keyword in trade chat and then it should index only messages that have included that keyword, that way trading will be very much time efficient.

Hey, I am a rogue pacifist pickpocketing enthusiast, I believe that our stealth perks should be a little bit better, or others worse. I think being able to turn off torches and open doors in the hide ability would be really cool, footsteps being hidden while in stealth would be really nice so archer isnt a complete counter, I think making it a more of a actual stealth class would be really cool and encourage variety in playstyles of the character, a passive included with the rogue to be able to have an option to silently close/open doors would be neat!

I've played a lot recently and what I actually would love to see, is the possibility to select what sorta start-weapon you get. Not stronger damage wise, but for the sake of moveset. That would be cool. So that a Fighter could decide to start with a longsword instead of sword and shield. Or a Rogue with rapier over the normal dagger Mage with Dagger and Ball instead of Staff.. etc.

don't impliment 1v1 2v2 because people will tag with others and make it 3v1 or 4v2. Keep 3v3 most optimal and allow people to queue with randoms to make a 3v3 team ( or they can go solo if they want ). make a team voice chat in-game available without the use of third party softwares.

Make rings and amulets have the ability to have physical/magic damage reduction as a base stat. So 2 new rings/amulets and call them "Ring/Amulet of Protection" and they can roll either phys or magic damage reduction as the base stat instead of an attribute.

I'd like you to simply provide a detailed description of the terms physical attack, additional physical damage, additional true physical damage, weapon attack, defense penetration, etc. It doesn't tell you what these factors are involved in, so you have to look at the character details section and compare them one by one. Also, I wonder if the percentage of penetration of armor is applied as a percentage point or a percentage.

Instead of crafting being tied to specific merchants, it would be neat to have a crafting area of the menu and crafting 'tables' instead. I think with the robust trade system in this game, there could be a way to really make professions a big thing since there are many who LOVE crafting and gathering, and I think the way the mining works is a cool start. Could be herbs and alchemy, skinning for leather, etc. - would be super cool

Potentially think about the idea of releasing the game under early access with the heighten popularity of the game. Have weekly or monthly wipes when big changes happen. We saw this work in the early days of Escape from Tarkov. We can also see games like Rust where they have monthly wipes which yes they're entirely different games.
That and extend the playtest until Jan 1st 🙂

the experimental shop is amazing, hopefully there won't be microtransactions but only currency obtainable in-game by just playing like now. for the future, various torches of color like green, white, red, ect, it would be cool.
And making also other interesting fantasy skin costumes would be amazing, like around at 10k adventure points or similar, to show that players played for long time cause they appreciate the game and they have fun. and also more emotes!

Game would benefit greatly from proximity party chat, and a matchmaking feature for those who want to D'crawl with randoms, put actual damage numbers in spell descriptions, most of them dont have em. More in depth explanations of how weapon modifiers and such effect damage, such as true weapon damage, additional magic damage, and the armor modifiers such as the reduction etc. OH and make it so enemies are effected by weapon attacks, i refuse to believe a mummy wont stagger if hit by a solid swipe from most weapons, at least a slight stun or something, to reward dual wielding more and make comboing more potentially fluid

At the moment by putting items in a chest with a friend (having them hold onto the item), you can essentially trade items to your other characters. A little risky but possible. Why not just make it you can send items to your other characters? (maybe for a fee)

rouge and ranger definitely need toned down. the new ranger quiver "nerf" is just an inconvenience for ranger they can still 2 shot a fully kitted fighter with ease and overall just make the game unfun. The damage needs toned down quite and they need a movement speed nerf whilst their bow is drawn. Rouges being able to wipe a whole team in a few seconds because you accidently ran into them while they were completely invisible isn't fun to be on the receiving end on. rouges need more counters like being able to dispel their invisibility. their damage also toned down. their damage perks and abilities are way stronger compared to the rest of the classes right now and need to be lowered or even replaced. one guy shouldn't be able to wipe an whole team in a few seconds it should be a challenging fight.

-Add a quality of life feature: Show how long the cooldowns are for skills in the class --> perk & skill menu. Since you can't see the cooldowns of each ability, you are just guessing. An ability that sounds awesome could turn out to be just terrible, and it doesn't feel great to have to guess all the time. It would be really nice to have all the information available to you.
-Consider slightly lowering the collision hitbox on PvE enemies, specifically really tiny ones like spiders. Sometimes you get trapped by 1 enemy in a hallway and you can see tons of space to get around them, but your character can't pass through it. It's a really frustrating way to die. It feels like you died due to silly game physics, rather than a mistake that you can learn from.
-Using spells and abilities in the pre-game lobby uses the charges and spell slots in-game, so spells and one-time abilities can get totally wasted and it feels terrible.

Improve the ways of forming a party ingame. Allow people to open/close their lobby and join existing lobbys with 2/3 players without need to be invited. Have an LFG in-game where you list classes you can play and form a good comp that way. Let us filter by character level so can choose to invite below or above a certain threshold.

The trade post should have a system where you can filter the chat with certain weapons, example: I want a rapier so I filter chat by rapier and only rapiers that are posted show up, you should be able to do this with either all gear in general or at least sort by classes so it is easier. However I also understand the fun in a huge market with things flying by so fast as it adds an unpredictability.

There's a bug currently where if you aim your cleric lesser heal at a dead AI, it will heal the dead AI. I've had this happen a few times where the dead AI got healed and I lost a charge on the spell, simply because I aimed down at my feet to self cast. Please fix it.

Make it so that the two fast firing fast reloading ranger perks only work on the two fast-firing bows. Add other perks to compensate for the longbow.
Rangers should not be able to rapid-fire a bow that does the same damage as a barbarian's weapon

Implement the same impact power to the Felling Axe (Being a 2-handed weapon) as the Battle Axe, the Dual Axe and the War Maul. I'm not sure if the Felling axe taking 2 hits to destroy barrels and some chests with the Smash Perk is intentional or a bug that was missed but it is a 2-handed weapon and should be the same as the others.

A perk for rogue which would allow them to mouse1 with explosive bottles to place them on the ground as destructible entities that would detonate like a normal explosive bottle upon taking damage
Should be able to be placed on traps without triggering them but activated traps should damage the bottle
Players can pick up intact bottle traps for the explosive bottle
The possibility of chain reaction explosions would be cool

I would like to suggest that the Developers do an extension on the playtest. Reason 1 being this game is addicting as hell and I will have withdrawals without it. Reason 2 is because a lot of the player base can't fully dedicate time to the test because its Christmas and many people are spending time with family and/or friends. Reason 3 the more time the test is open the more data y'all will have to work with. Finally, my personal Christmas wish is that y'all consider my suggestion, thank you.

100% needs a solo dungeon, groups of kids 3v1 players to get loot is pointless, cant have any fun solo, you're just asking to lose. And those who downvote this post are the problem, you are the players who are happy farming solo kids in your trio to get some basic loot. Doesn't mean trio dungeons are gone, just an extra option for those who don't have any friends online is undoubtedly needed.

Small QoL: background color of items in inventory should reflect the rarity of it. If colors are muted enough it wouldn't affect visual design too much and would allow for faster item rarity recognition to sort trash from possibly interesting equipment without constantly checking everything with cursor.
As of now all items have dark blueish background color to show exactly which squares of space are taken. If that color could depend on rarity it'd improve speed of detecting and sorting interesting items. Especially in dungeon in high stress situations.
Bonus - it'd look nice on characters equipment. A little bit of psychological effect to see your character in all purple or orange gear.

I would really like to see an update/change to the 2handed mace animations/attack patterns. Cleric is a fun solo class and for their two handed brew build, the mace is the only option for a 2 hander, it would add a lot of potential to the play style if the 2 hand mace/maul had an overhead vertical strike, instead of the very weak side to side it had currently

more variety in armors (they can also have same stats but making them different visually) but also new completely armors just to extend more variety in build, fashion ect, same for weapons. maybe implementing a system where you can craft or grind to own skins to replace and changing weapons visually, more cool skins also for weapons.

I know a lot of people complain about enemies being able to swing or shoot through walls unlike the player who gets impeded by them, and want skeletons to knock their weapons on the wall the same way, but I believe doing this would simply invite more problems than solve them. Unless specifically made difficult for skeletons to actually be impacted by walls when attacking, this would just invite way too much 'cheese' and issues with standing in specific spots to purposely prevent the enemy from being able to swing their weapon or attack. It would require a bit of AI reworking as well and potentially mapping changes just to support such a change. Too much effort for a minor issue in retrospect.
So instead of making skeletons unable to swing through walls, I would simply have the attacks damage reduced slightly when it makes contact with a wall, as well as a 'spark' visual effect to signify the damage has been reduced due to hitting the wall. The damage reduction would not be high, just enough to make it feel more fair for the player and not be abused.

combat mechanics and class balance is total trash. Overhaul combat mechanics to allow for choosing attack types, cancelling attacks. Movement needs to be faster and a ranger should not be able to tripple shot kill a guy in his face after surviving 3 swings from an epic zweihander.

Only for High Roller gameplay.
Current map mechanic (seeing a square with position and direction pointer on the low right corner, should be replaced).
Reasons:
- low effort mechanic to understand positioning and "dungeon crawling".
- gives less immersivenes.
Proposition: Adopt Similar map mechanic of Mortal Online.
You need to stop, look at a map. With time you learn to position, and understand how to move.
This will probably generate:
- More screen immersiveness (less information)
- More in-depth mechanical games, where to fully play the game, you need to take in-real time decitions, and lectures of where you are/where you should go.

Movement ramp up for PvE enemies. IE, if a skull-bat starts moving, it does not instantly move at it's maximum move speed, but instead ramps over a half-second or so to it's maximum speed. This also applies to Skeletons and other enemies changing targets. Turn speed has a "Ramp up" to telegraph and allow for counterplay. At current, PvE enemies can change targets mid-swing at nearly instant speed, allowing for little, if any, intelligent counterplay.

Make basic class equipment always available for purchase. So let's say you're a rogue (throwing daggers) or a barbarian (franciszka), very often the basic throwing weapons are just not available for replenishment. Instead you can have to wait 12 hours for a lucky re-roll. Considering that if a grey tier one is available you can just bulk buy them anyway, I can only really see this as a small quality of life adjustment.

The trade system badly needs an overhaul I am often stuck with a lot of gold and no means to find the items I want besides spending hours on the trading post and not playing the game.
- Don't allow people to link items more than once.
- Consider only allowing linking of relevant items in the trade post (no armor in weapon trading)
- Set a limit for how many can trade in a channel (maybe 500)
- Allow us to set a filter to see items only relevant to our class
- Custom filters like plate boots with +str or +att and filter out the ones who don't have it
- Consider implementing an auction house. The novelty of the barter system wears off quite fast
- Allow us to dismantle gold coin purses while in trade menu (no more holding onto loose gold for the people who want to sell items between 50 increments)

oh also, other types of weapons could be cool, maybe more weapons derived from current ones, example, more rapiers, or more one handed swords, more types of daggers, more survival bows, so players can use the ones specialized for their playstyle specifically, maybe one rapier hits fast af and does little damage, another one is "modified" for and does no damage but has a tiny bit of "lifesteal" (even if u just gain health) not sure, all my ideas on WHAT to do with them are ass, just that, more weapons. The color system is cool, but I find it a bit lacking in terms of variety.

Please normalize chest opening speed across classes. I have mainly played a cleric this play test and while I am fine having slower interactions with using items, swinging my weapon etc. I do not think this penalty should apply to opening chests. I have grouped with a rogue that opened a chest before me when they started when I was already 50% complete. It's just absurd with how integral opening chests are to this game. (Also, if the "roleplay explanation" for the speed difference is that rogues are more dexterous and quicker with their hands then why are they also faster at opening up stone coffins when that should be a very heavy object for them).

I just found a bug you can kind of abuse on the ranger to get 2 clips of arrows without reloading. You just shoot until you're out of arrows, then press the triple shot skill and press f to cancel and instantly you have a full clip of arrows.

Hot take. Consider not implementing an Auction House. Being able to filter items by affix would create a large disparity in the value of looting uncommon/rare items, purely based on what is considered BIS for classes. This convenience encourages the min/max culture that trivializes the fun feeling of looting uncommon/rare items.

Make a gelatinous cube that plugs up a corridor as it slowly moves around, dissolves loot and can damage players unless attacked with fire (torch, campfire) or magic (including rogue's poison). It'll help add a bit more map variety and force some interesting PvP fights.

Fire arrows would be pretty cool for archers.
Positive effects:
- Players/creatures wearing cloth or leather armor (after getting hit by multiple fire arrows) would be lit on-fire.
- Wooden map objects, like wood doors and barrels, could be lit on-fire.
- Wooden shields, after taking enough arrows, would light on-fire.
Negative effects:
- Players wearing metal armor wouldn't be affected from the fire.
- Lighting the arrows should have some sort of animation that plays in-order to light them.
- You can't put the lit arrows away, you have to shoot them.
- You cannot hold the lit arrows in your bow for a long time, doing so would light your wooden bow on fire.
- You cannot triple-shoot lit arrows.
I suggest some sort of material, like oil-saturated cloth (or just oil) to be a material you need in your inventory in-order to make fire arrows.

I would like the features to form a trio with someone I don't know in the game (not forced to do so). This will greatly reduce the burden of solo play and allow playing with friends to remain stationary.
Also, to eliminate people who sabotage their allies, such as people who kill allied players right at the start of a match, I think adding a rating system, lowering the rating of players who sabotage their allies and allowing them to check their rating when forming trios, would reduce complaints about the features to form trios with people they do not know.

filter system for trade chat that makes everything else fade in transparency and the items your filtering for would still show up the normal colors of trade chat they do now if not this. Find a way to make the trade chat channels more in depth for specific items. A loot flagging system to disincentivize PVP teamkilling where nonconsumable loot you pick up off teammate bodies gets automatically sent to that player in after you escape. This will at least stop people from murdering teammates for items to be sold on the trading post.

have a PVE server seperate from pvp. keep the characters and the gear from pve completely seperate from pvp. Some people want to go to the boss and fight it . unfortunately the nature of pvp is kill others on site even if they run or dont attack you.

so im having alot of issues connecting to the game and have been through the playtest so i have lost some good time when trying to play it. i still love this game and its amazing dont get me wrong but extending the play test till the end of the year would be amazing this would make so many people happy specially some one like me who doesnt have very many family left or any one really around any more. I would love for an Open beta soon like very soon this game has me addicted and i cant get enough. I would even be willing to pay to get into an open beta.
also the druid class would be amazing as well as the monk or warlock, im a big Dungeons and Dragons fan and player and have been thinking of so many ideas that would probably go with your game, i think it would be amazing 🙂 you guys are doing great love the game and the content so far keep it up. you have so many fans and players here so excited for this game!

Reconsider the balance for certain perks/skills on classes - barb is a prime example of having a bunch of positive perks or skills with a downside - and is the only class aside from fighter with this handicap, consider reducing the handicaps or giving other classes downsides to certain perks/abilities as well (Things like maybe making 5 arrow shotgun not deal full damage with every arrow for a starter - 200+ damage on a single button press at close range is a bit.... much for the ranged class)
Reduce the move-speed penalty for swinging all weapons - helps with the problems ranger and wizard have with extreme mobility compared to melee bois - that being that decent rangers know to just put there weapons away and run thanks to there higher agility letting them infinitely kite you even with sprint/rage. Rangers balance problem doesn't stem from his extreme damage or utility, but rather his ability to impact mobility by hit-slow and his own high base speed.
Possibly remove or reduce the hitslow on being hit with ranged fire, it rewards spam gameplay and heavy ranged comps by making a random hit a death sentence thanks to being slowed long enough to be shot down

-shield hit reg from previous playtest was good. This playtest the shield is almost useless
-make shields mitigate a percentage of damage on successful block. This makes quality of shields and weapons more important in combat
Example: Fighter has a shield that blocks 90% of any damage on successful block. (Devs can tweak the %, types of damage, and abilities as desired for each class).
This means there is no endless blocking, attacking still does some type of damage to turtling players, and it allows class abilities that increase or reduce damage mitigation for all classes in regard to shields.

Hi, i've playing this game and its really good but missing some stuff like
- Voice Chat
- Better Trading (Because they are spamming) maybe a search bar for items
- Use of silver coins
- trio to squad ?
- Arena (3vs3)...
- report button
- Pickaxe is a weapon not a position or a trap
- The toxic Gaz should follow you like a fly not like a walking mob
- toxic Gaz should feed out (and less damage every second or something) not insta vanish
- ranger when he use a perk and then cancel it will reload the arrows faster
- some perks need a remake
- There is a mob that throw a fire ball should be on the level 2
- reduce spider spawn time
- lighting is kind broken
- maybe a better chunking system (less fps drops)

Enemies should have some kind of ranged attack (like throwing rocks or bones, or anything that makes sense for that creaute) for when the player is unreachable. I have been playing ranger and fighter and using a bow is very unfair against the AI. If you get up to somewhere they cant get, any elevated platform will make the ai unable to hit the player.

Rogue Balance - As someone who ran around as a naked punch rogue for an entire day this playtest rogue is distinctly unbalanced in pvp (Wiped at least one person everytime I dropped - often times would wipe duos or 2 out of 3 in a trio) - on the otherhand, his short range and low hit point pool makes him a glass cannon.
I suggest buffing his utility, move-speed and stealth aspects further whilst nerfing his damage output. Things like making creep make you completely silent while crouching and quieter running, stealth letting you move full speed hidden and crouch 10 steps being normal, pickpocket not requiring a skill check but having a cooldown associated with it. Considering giving him a way to reset mob positioning and aggro that inflicts a debuff on enemies (Pocket sand or alike)
As for nerfing his damage output - reduce the base damage on all his weapons or give him a damage penalty. Increase the length of his dot but reduce the damage. Lean into making rogue a hit and run class with lots of get in and out options rather then a creep in and stab everyone to death class.
Failing that... consider making a second stealth class to be built around raw stealth gameplay and gameplans.

Cleric's heal is currently so strong that it would be troll not to pick him in your team. It can sustain you immensely both in fights and over the duration of an entire raid. (base heal from the default spells adds up to 4*15 + 4*30 = 180. That's 12 cheap health potions, instantly applied) This means a 3-man comp without a cleric is simply playing with a handicap vs teams that have one. This reduces the diversity of team comps by giving up a slot to meta, leaving only two players that have to find classes that have to fill every gap in both PvP and PvE combat.
I can come up with a couple options to mitigate this. The first one is the dreaded nerf to Cleric's healing abilities, but I see from past suggestions that players aren't fans of that idea (although imo a nerfed cleric + healing supplies would still be very strong, considering a ragger cleric costs nothing and can still output a lot of DPS).
Another is to buff healing supplies. Increase heal amounts/speeds or decrease activation times or costs. There are ways to do this without affecting PvP sustain but still filling the bulk heal role. Buffing all sustain would make the cleric not as big of a difference.
Either way, the point of this suggestion is to acknowledge and somehow deal with the issue of Cleric being a necessity in team comps (again, yes, you can manage without it, but you will be severely lacking PvP effectiveness). This would open up the third pick to something else, diversifying team comps.

meditate as a mechanic is so irritating. The fact that you need to bring meditate is like… what’s the point of the other mage skill that makes your spell instacast? Certain final circle areas make it nigh impossible to consistently find portals thanks to a change in elevation or severe separation of zones (IE maze or the two layered hallway adjacent to it being a prime example) - Consider adding more portal spawns when this is the final zone or a way to force portals to distribute more evenly in accessible areas (Even adding an additional note for these zones that tells you "escape portal has spawned - Low ground" or alike.)
it feels terrible that certain zones I can tell in advance I'm unlikely to make an escape purely due to rng and an extremely long running route to check other potential spawns.

Please consider (you probable are already) reworking the trade UI and system.
The chat is impossible to read since everyone post in the same channel and there is no filter (for example filter to only see people selling Double Axe).
Look for something like tarkov or WoW where you post your offer and people can just search and buy what they want through some kind of research browser.

While I am a big fan of the current gametime/gameplay loop - I think that making the map slightly larger (like 25%) and increasing the round time to 18ish minutes would be a healthy step - the current problems solo players have with getting killed mainly stem from a either people nascar sprinting the edge to find other spawn doors open or from not having enough playspace to avoid teams effectively.
Making the map larger and giving people more playtime would help make moving around easier and safer for solos, whilst also letting three mans loot more consistently and extract more consistently.

Consider allowing cleric to select their deity, which could alter spells available to them/provide some alternative abilities. Say there is a Nature domain, instead of Judgement they can pick an entangling root spell, or Tempest domain they bless themselves or a party member with the electrical “thorns” the shield skellies have. i think it would heavily benefit the game if future maps for the game arent all "undead crypt" in the feeling of their aesthetic. I fully understand the games title in dark and darker, but i also think that having maps that feel different can heavily benefit the game and prevent it from feeling like every map is "samey". Some examples that come to mind. Inside of a pyramid where the primary enemies are mummies. A bramble filled haunted woods where its packed with bloated drowned corpses. Even an undead castle where the skeletons have armor and its a little less dark out. Honestly even a map thats bright and not dark and all could be great if they're done right. One where its like supplicants to some god and angels as the more "elite enemy". I think the variety could be great especially when the high stakes challenge of the game is maintained with it

after the swarm clears you can pay a fee and get the gear players didnt take. Kind of sad when you die last minute to a player and you watch him then instantly die to a death skull. Its a situation that neither of you will feel good about unless ofc you received the loot you when in with and he the loot he came in with. Think tarkov insurance

Throwing a torch or something similar onto floor spike activates them, i feel as though this should be a way to quickly negate them for a brief moment to cross unharmed but that sadly isn't the case. Maybe make it so there is a grace period between floor spikes activating again or remove the hurtbox while the spikes are already up?

I know you guys have been considering another slot for a team aka 4 man teams, a really easy way to do that would be to give 4 mans their own lobby. There would be no balancing issues because its 4v4s and you wouldnt have solos complaining that its too hard. Keep the other lobbies the same and boom you have players doing both which means if 4 mans just dont work out, then it didnt really change anything

Like "+1.2% Spell casting speed"? +1 Knowledge gives you +5%
It would be much more interesting if instead of about +1% of cast speed it was for example +7%, so you can choose do you want to get cast speed with spell slots or focus only on cast speed and get really high numbers of those, cus now that stat just looks redundant. Similar to many other stats.
Also it would be nice to add like +4% to Skill cooldown. There`s no source of that in game now and I am sure there would be more playstyles like Smokescreens with +40% Skill cooldown (with enough gear-investment)

I suggest any kind of limited Dash or Roll. Limted by capacity or type of armors. Or just for some characters like a spell like the knights speed. make the free dungeons a pve only or atleast optional pvp its not much fun for new players atleast when you just started playing and some tryhard team full geared camps the low tier free dungeon instead of going to the payed one but sure make the payed one a forced pvp i dont have a problem with that if you payed for it sure be prepared to die to players too but not the free ones i dont care that people will call me casual or newbie but its really annoying when you get your first piece of equipment and some gold, you queue in again and a full gear berserk just annihilates your group..

A new tier of gear - Unique. They have specific models and unique effects you can only find on those models, but you can only equip one unique item at a time. They're not necessarily more powerful than other pieces of gear, just unique. For example, a staff that has a unique effect that makes it a viable melee weapon, or a shield with spikes on it so if you touch people with it while blocking with it, it does damage.

After doing a pickpocket only run I can say that the time needed to pickpocket needs to be reduced substantially - its already incredibly hard to get close enough to players to actually do it to begin with. Having to spend several seconds in an animation to steal a single item is a bit overkill.

Allow us to equip items in our slot 1/2 in our stash to see updated stats and would be good if we could get a training room the check the damage of our weapons on training dummies like in the pre-game lobby.
Add a filter system to trading rooms for example: being able to filter items only equipable by your class/filter items by rarity, equipment slot and modifiers. (A trade system like Path of Exile would be great imo)

Adding a bola or slowing item. Something that can cripple or root enemy players and npcs. Make it a rare item to find, similar rate to surgical kits, make it a thrown projectile so it’s different from hunter traps / cleric bind, but able to be found and picked up by every class. Possibly only a 2 second root or slow so it’s good enough to make an escape, reposition, or a sneak attack etc. Also maybe a 2 second wind up to use.

Please add a color blind setting with presets and strength sliders similar to OW settings. I am colorblind and its extremally hard for me to tell the difference between white and red enemies especially with the darkness it would also help with overall rarity clarity and game clarity for many players with colorblindness!

I think there should be some form of mob that can capture a player inside of it and your team has to kill it to release you, however you do not take damage while inside of it. It still does an initial hit and can swing but this could be fun. Imagine playing solo and you get eaten, this gives you a chance to run away when the mob dies or wait and cut yourself out. Ground loot such as an expensive fire ruby that does damage while in inventory. Your team can play hot potato with it or you can just heal a lot while in the raid. Also, a rouge could plant it on an unaware enemy and they could slowly take damage unknowingly in a fight.

Me and my 2 friends recently started playing. At first game was pretty funny but after 2 hours we died to engame players almost 20 times, AI is strong, players are grouping up in discord. We are starting with 3-4lv character but fighting againts 20 lw full armored enchaindted players with epic weapons. At last game a 150hp barbarian player camped at a blue portal, just ran on us and spammed melee attack and got three of us without any strategy, just spammed and got us down. With this matchmaking i wont play anymore for be someones joy. Game must give a chance to new players for evacuate and gain some resorce at first.

A healing wisp that floats around the map and can be anywhere at any time. If you see it you chase it and capture it to give yourself full health. Could be helpful in a team fight if it pops up or when trying to run from attackers/mobs. Maybe a dmg buff wisp too but I'm not sure how balanced that would be.

knowing this game may not have been meant for solo play, i think adding better survivability methods for smaller teams against larger teams without having an upper hand on the larger teams would be nice. My idea was having ai aggro to larger teams if they are in the ai's aggro range. There are a decent amount of teams who just hunt solo's with no care to circle or AI since the solo will be the one attracting all enemies by going into new rooms, which feels unforgiving.

Add new BALANCED Roll/Dash/Dodge mechanic. It would be amazing if there were more than 1 type of jump: each part of the equipment weighs differently, depending on the weight there are 3 or more types of dash. Varying in length, manner and speed of animation. (maybe even no-dash if you have heavy armor and shield).
Btw I said BALANCED: X seconds between jump and jump, stamina or some kind of limitation so as not to spam it. I don't want anything OP.

I am running on i7 - 6700k and gtx 970 and I have 240Hz monitor and those fps are hurting my eyes, literally.
I get average 100 fps and when I am close to a zombie gas or a rogue smoke it can drop as low as 40. And 100 fps is low for average.

It really feels like the Storm/Dungeon Timer combo paired with the lack of insurance for your gear (Which should be called blessing and a serviced offered by the Alchemist or a Mage based Merchant but that's a different post waiting to be) takes away much more from the game experience and flow than it adds. Ex. Just lost one of the most well played and hard fought games despite getting every possible move and play correctly because the storm ticked my last bit of health 3 steps from a successful DMG tanked opening of an Esc. Port against a Wraith and roughly 7-9 Skeleton ads. I cannot imagine any world where we want the game to reward amazing plays and runs with blown kits and no loot. We do not need to be like other games, we need our game to make sense. Dark and Darker has the potential to change the scene in this genre of gaming if balanced correctly. Otherwise, why would it be worth the time investment for potential players? I fully understand these are Open Alphas and appreciate all the time and effort the IronMace team puts into this Game and Community and especially over the Holidays. All love, keep up the good work!

For my 40 hours of playtime in the past 5 days of this playtest, I can say with great attitude that this game is wildly liked by numerous individuals that may actually miss out on time played because either they were late seeing the playtest release, spending time with family members during the holidays or other numerous things like the power outages across the states (over 1million without power) I feel like the playtest should be extended to New Years Day, If possible. The Trade chat, and the userlist, are almost entirely worthless. Not only is the chatroom itself way too spammy, the userlist on the right side behaves as if it has constant seizures. Having used this tool, I can only say this system will not be a positive or do you any favour. What I heavily suggest:
Filters for userlist, faster scrolling maybe.
Filters for the chat, filtering items by type, class, rarity, etc.

Have different effects you can purchase before a match which affect your name and the “killed” text when you eliminate an enemy player.
These effects could cost gold and last once per match only.
It could be another way to get rid of excess gold players are hoarding while getting a neat little way to show off.
Example:
Pay 100 Gold and your name is changed to the color blue in the death chat for the next round.
Pay 150 Gold and when you kill an enemy player instead of saying:
“You have killed X player”
It would say something like:
“You have obliterated X player”
Just different words to help distinguish your character from other players and feel special.
Another thing you could add are death effects.
Example:
Pay 300 Gold and for the next round only, whenever you kill an enemy player their corpse bursts on fire for a few seconds.

TLDR; Story mode (PVE), Class Tutorial/Tips, Shop/Marchant Tutorial.
Story mode: Myself and many others have recently become annoyed with only pvp games and the continuous repetitive PvP that developer's seem to only focus on. I would really enjoy to see a PvE/Story mode introduced as i think it will expand the community to a much larger number i would even be willing to write a story given the lore and theme surrounding the game to blend well with pvp and the reason why the undead are so prominent in this area and why there is a portal to abyss within the basement of this dungeon.
Tutorials: I found it a bit confusing opening up the shop tab to just 8 merchants and no real explanation on what merchants are for what and how they impact the game, i would like if their was a shoet blerb on each merchant/what to expect from them to entice beginners this also extends to clueing players into the power spikes in their classes 5/10/15/20 ince they reach certain levels maybe even a chart explaining dps, tankieness/survivability etc.

some sort of multiclassing where you can get some passive abilities from another class as well as the stuff they can equip. Say every 5 levels when you would get a new passive ability slot you can choose to multi class into a different class for the next 5 levels where you can then after that choose one or two passive abilities from that class to get and if you take 10 levels in a multi classed class you can get one active ability from that class. Obviously can only multi class into one separate class but I think it would be fun and stay true to the source material while giving a lot more customization. Obviously it would be permanent for that character and some tuning may need to be had hut I think it would be fun to see those sorts of combinations

A big problem is having too much gold and nothing to do with it. I know its a playtest so there wont be a lot to buy atm, but it would be nice to add some things to sink gold into for endgame so that were not bored after getting 10k gold and have something to still grind for. having goals is what keeps people playing these types of games. Some things you could add to fix this could be
-add a hideout with limited space where you can build crafting stations, farms, and etc (like tarkov)
-merchants are mainly for new players and they only sell low tier potions and meds, maybe you should add trades or professions so people with high levels in certain proffesions can invest there gold into ingediets or resources to brew better potions or craft better meds and sell them for a profit to stronger players or even making better hunting traps and campfires. you could also add more floors with each floor more difficult and have better ores be found on those deeper floors. this would require better gear to attempt but also better loot and ORES. these ores should be hard to obtain and should be used for crafting good gear. this would give blacksmithing a use for players as a proffesion and help there products sell on the market but you would have to make it difficult as to not lower the value of good gear looted in boxes. if these ores were easy to get it would deflate the value epic and Legendary loot.
-add a way to level up your bases stats(this should be done through excessive use) but make sure to add a fair cap so that people with max stats and no gear arent better then people with lower stats and gear.

Give us a small separate inventory (maybe 2x2 or something) that you get to keep even if you die.
It feels very hard to progress beyond starting gear, getting to keep just a little of the stuff you gather makes a run where you die seem like less of a waste of time.

Double tapping a direction does a lunge in that direction. No this wouldn't have I-frames or anything, it's just for more interaction in fights. It'd be similar to a jumping in a direction but without such a high arc and doesn't interrupt your attacks to do it.

After perusing the trade chat for about 30 seconds I have concluded that in it's current form the trade system is a perfect way to induce the contraction of severe super-ball-cancer or the committing of surprise seppuku. As such I have come to bring wisdom to drip gently into your open and vulnerable eyes.
My suggestion is that the trade system may benefit from having a component similar to the Grand Exchange on Runescape, in which items are posted for prices and other players can put item requests for such items and offer amounts and if it matches well they are automatically traded in pseudo-stashes run by the exchange which the players can collect from when they arrive.
Due to the nature of the way items and their stats work in Dark and Darker though, it may not work exactly this way, but maybe instead players should be able to post their items for sale with prices and then prospective buyers should be able to browse them by: Category, stats, weapon type, damage (a minimum setting which filters to show the requested damage and higher), rarity, and so on and so forth. This might be the best way for Dark and Darker's trade system to work efficiently, but it might be a good idea to keep the "Send trade request" funtionality of the current system, as well as the despair-inducing chat, so players can engage in global discussion in the trade rooms.

Make the treasurer be able to sell bigger gold containers. Like a 1x2 pouch holding 100-125 gold, a 2x2 holding 200-275, and a chest which could be around the size 3x3 or depending on what the devs seem fit holding 500-100+. A treasure hoard needs some chests to store the treasures after all.

Trade has filters like "boots" and "wearable by my class" so you only see in the chat people saying that type of item. Trade right now is give me sickness to the eyes with so many people spamming.

An universal push/shove move, this would help with PVE when stuck between mobs, when mobs are blocking the way, etc. The mechanic is already there (fireballs push enemies aside already), it could scale based on STR or the impact stat so the more you have the higher the distance it pushes is. No stun, no damage, just a push.

I'm not sure of this Christmas tournament was officially supported by the Devs. But the group hosting has hosted one of the most unorganized messes I've ever seen. I can't begin to describe the chaos that has unfolded due to lack of communication, conflicting information from officials in that discord. There were donations for it which makes it worse. Teams are dropping out left and right because of how ban it's managed. The ones left are just desperate enough to wait it out I guess. But the devs need to look into this group and, if it is officially supported by the devs, reassign the individuals over it. I've participated in a lot of tournaments, but this was the worst mess I've ever seen. There will be Youtube content put out for sure about the joke it was, which is a shame because it will make this great game get bad PR. PLEASE look into this or make a statement on it

Make an Insurance feature through the Services tab of the Treasurer. A lot of teams grab their dead teammates gear to bring back next run. It would give solos a chance to do sort of the same thing. Also, lets teams prioritize loot over grabbing dead teammates sets especially if they are putting gear somewhere harder to be found and it works for solos who want to upgrade their set while not potentially losing what they hid somewhere and still having room to loot.

Could you please make character names preset/randomly generated or apply a prefix so players are allowed to name their characters what they want to name them.
I am currently unable to start playing unless I type in a bunch of random letters and half the time random strings of letters are also taken. It's only a matter of time before nobody is allowed to make a new character because players would have farmed every combination of letters there is.

not sure what people will think of this one but I think adding like a 20% slow on mobs for Barbarian's Savage Roar ability would feel good. It's a bit annoying when you fear an elite mob and they run mach speed in the other direction while you are swinging.

Keep game skill based not laziness based. No range showing for spells/arrows, no removal of channeling of sitting/skill using etc. Players should learn the tricks by testing and developing their skill by trying, not by getting "helpers" in forms of easier mechanics. It is more rewarding for all

Make meditation one of the 2 default skills for the Wizard class. The wizard can and will run out or spell charges quite early in dungeon runs, and not being able to consistently recharge them leaves them useless. New players may not find the ability by themselves so they'd end up just having an awful time and dropping the class, or the game

I've read most of the suggestions so far, and have not yet come across a suggestion of mine:
You could implement a (very) rarely occurring spawn of something like a magic pouch, that lets you stash anything from withing the dungeon and continue afterwards (entices to go deeper/look for pvp in the late game).
Alternatively a magic pouch to buy from a merchant (alchemist/treasurer) for a one time use when taking it into the dungeon to save X times X slots of equip. (or a scroll that gets used up after saving the items)
personal note: your game is already looking awesome. pls keep at it.

as the playtest goes on and I imagine once the game comes out as well players are starting to know where people spawn by looking at the map. I think it would be better for the game if it was more tricky/more dangerous to immediately spawn rush like it's possible right now. Especially if you are playing in a 3 man spawn rushing is so easy. Spawns imo should be either more spread out, less directly connected, or more tricky to get to if they are close to each other. This would be good for the new player experience in my opinion without compromising any core aspect of why people like the game right now

INSTEAD OF THE RING
Rooms & hallways starts to fill up with poisoning gas.
Swarms of poison bugs starts to spawn in.
Spike traps spawns on the walls.
Parts of the floor starts to sink down then pikes appear in the holes.
Shrinking rooms, walls that start to slowly move into the center of the room squeezing you..
Some of the rooms get filled with water.
A mix of stuff like that I think is better for the game and would be so crazy fun.

Hello, I would like to make a suggestion regarding the valance of the gameplay in the game regarding the monsters in the dungeons, specifically referring to the Flying-Skull, since when you go through only 1 of these in an open door you get stuck, making it impossible to do so. to be able to flee from a situation, whether in a group or alone... since with spiders the most common thing is to jump on top of them to escape or to look for the nest and break it, I think that with the Flying-Skulls the theme of avoiding them in some way (eg crouching) could benefit players and make the gameplay a bit more fair. Adding more sword combos like Chivalry or Mordhau like mouse wheel up to thrust or mouse wheel down to swing down right for heavy left for light. this differs between weapons rapiers cant heavy but they can swing twice for a quick attack but longer recovery time. Another example is Axes can thrust so they do a blunt attack that can make shields get stunned if their just blocking non-stop.

WHEN UNLOCKING DOORS
Beable to strafe or move a bit while opening doors. So you could avoid mobs hitting you in the back. or so you can hold shield up ..or using melee.. Then the unlocking pauses.. And you could hit a mob or defend yourself..while unlocking doors.

After doing several runs solo, it is quite clear that the game is impossible when it comes to other players. I can deal with enemies with relative ease, but as soon as other players come into the mix it's either a 3v1, a 2v1 with stronger players, or a stacked player against you. For those that disagree about the modes, feel free to ping me to explain your reasoning behind it. As of right now, I do not see the point in having it only 3 player pods.

Add proximity voice chat and set listening restrictions.
For example, that you have to be in the same room as the person to hear clearly, and that if you hear them through a wall or door it's super low to the point where it's almost impossible to understand the conversation.

Introducing enchant stones similar to Path of Exile. This system would allow to modify the current items by using certain enchant gems that can be found in dungeons. Each gem would have its own rarity and purpose.
For those who aren't aware of how Path of Exile enhancement system work: example, there would be a rarity upgrader which would increase a rarity of white item, adding additional perks on that item. There would be another gem that would responsible for replacing the already existing stat on a green item for a new stat that could benefit your class more. Now, there are many more gems in Path of Exile but let’s not go into depth with that system.

I would love if the zone would decrease in longer periods of time if it has to exist. Because people will just take blue portals hostage while you struggle around the zone taking damage and I think it would be more enjoyable if you could take your time thinking about risk and reward of fighting a team near a portal rather than dying to the zone if you have to disengage

- Make it easier to buy multiple items in the merchants
- Hit markers with archer. it feels weird that you dont know if you hit anyone.
- friend list. It feels very cheap that you dont have it and have to type the persons name in every time.
- More storage. When playing this game for only a single week you already have a bunch of storage problems.
- add 1-3 potions to all standard loadouts. Game has a steep learning curve and i feel there is no reason to punish new players with them not having heals.
- Instead of trade chat make a auction house or something to make it easier to sell and buy stuff.

A mass heal for the cleric would be cool, it could function like the holy purification spell, but instead of damaging undead, it will heal anyone in the radios including mobs and enemy players so be careful when you use it! Also a blast back spell for the wizard would be interesting. After casting, anyone around the wizard up to 5 meters would be pushed away, possibly stunning for .5 seconds. If the bard character is introduced, having to have a two handed instrument that you have to continuously hold the left click button down "to play the instrument" and it does various area effects, like buffs characters, or damages enemies, however your movement speed is slowed like when a ranger has an arrow nocked.

Making it less punishing to cast a spell when close to a wall. Even with a spellbook you're bound to bump your fist into the wall, the spell fizzles, AND the spell slot is lost. Particularly troublesome when there are multiple hostile and friendly players nearby, because you have to turn away to cast on self, but if the wall is too close, it becomes nearly impossible.

The respawn table needs a health buff, twice today i died to the death curse just by trying out run it unable to reach the circle due to sooo low health, should probably give us full/half/or regen to full but if in curse it will go to half before going down back to 0, or regen to half.

Higher stack size on Rubysilver Ore, and arguably less ridiculous number of ores needed to make an item. It easily cost 4k gold to make one rubysilver chestplate, which on average ends up being worth maybe 500g.
I do like the chase aspect of the item, but it's both very awkward to save up for, and very unrewarding currently.
92 hours played, I've farmed a full set and a half. Vast majority of them are quite terrible besides the high armor value - and the rogue-ranger variants seem to have an extremely high chance of getting modifiers only usable by Casters. The basetype of the gloves is even the Will+Knowledge gloves.

The Wraith is a flying unit. Please consider making it able to float up to reach players who are sitting on ledges or cough sarcophagus in the center room. I cheesed it probably 30+ times the last few days, everyone knows about it, and it frankly doesn't make sense.
The other melee enemies should probably also have the ability to climb up, or have a ranged option that perhaps only gets used when a player is at an unreachable height, but the Wraith particularly is sadly too easy when it doesn't even make sense in character for it to be.

Remove rangers reload and let the ranger carry his own arrows in an inventory or in his quiver. Now he would need to find his own arrows, or buy them or conjure them. Add arrows quality/rarity: gray, white, green, blue, purple, yellow. Each quality/rarity would decide on the amount of damage the bow would deal. For example: if you got 55 attack bow and you are using gray arrows, you'd be dealing 80% of damage, white arrows would let you deal 100% of damage. The arrows above white wouldn't be accessible in store or by conjuring them by using skill, those can only be found in dungeons and each rarity above white would increase the damage of that bow. Yellow obviously would be the strongest and the rarest. The ranger would be able to conjure only gray arrows, while white rarity arrows would be accessible in store.
Because of that nerf ranger would need to start with a melee weapon as starting bow may be really bad in the beginning without having a better rarity arrows.

make monsters melee hits to cancel when they hit an obstacle. Same mechanic that hapepns to players, if my sword gets blocked by a lantern, it won't swing through that lantern.

increase the healing from "Victory strike" by 3% (8% in total) and also make so you heal more from elite monsters, and leas from creatures like spiders flies etc. Also make it so you heal by 20% of your health if you kill a player with it.

change how some armor types give -movespeed modifiers, or add class perks that allow some to move better. Rogue and ranger are too fast, barb, fighter and cleric are too slow, maybe wizard only gear shouldn't have -movespeed, same with cleric-only.

I think the ranger needs another skill to do dmg with the crossbow because right now the only one compatible with the crossbow is true shot and it is not really good compared with the skills that are compatible with bows ( or maybe buff that skill)

Instead of doing more playtests release the game with a beta state where people can pre-purchase to play on a beta server until full release allowing players to continue playing whilist helping devs fix bugs/gametest I also believe that there should be a few more cosmetics like the skeleton skins that maybe people can buy for real money to help support the devs

add a 2nd type of protection pot that gives a shield that prevents magic damage. currently the protection pot only protects against physical damage and armor is very prevelent so its easy to mitigate some physical damage, though there is almost no way people without insane gear can mitigate any magic damage. Giving the option to use a specific pot for the situation would bring an extra element to strategy to the game. Also, I dont think that having a physical damage shield and magic damage shield should stack. the buff would overwrite each other.

Reduce the scaling of innate Damage and AR values across rarities. There's some pretty flagrant punching-down in Low Roller once you can access purples on the cheap, and you should probably curb that level of blatant sealclubbing.

The trading menus could be made a lot less overwhelming if, rather than all the different chats, you just have just have a big, all-encompassing page; where you can put up items for sale/barter, and choose if you want to have a fixed sale price, have people make offers on it, bid for it, and then search for specific items/types, etc.
It's a pretty big concept, but I feel like it would make trading feel more inviting and less spammy.

Upgrade pickpocket perk on Rogue to continuously take random items from player one by one until they cancel the action or walk too far away. Also pickpocketing doesn't remove stealth and has the potential to steal equipped armor/weapons.

Make the game skill based and balance much more the classes. Right now has low skills base gameplay. get rid of the closing circle system. its meant for forced PvP and doesn't fit into a slow gritty game like this. there isn't a single winning team at the end who've killed all the other teams. the goal is to get loot and get out and the circle undermines that by forcing you to play a certain way.

add an option for players to test things in the tavern on dummies without having to que for a match. I find that it becomes very cumbersome to test damage number and stats when you have to go into a new run every time and might not even spawn in close enough to the dummies to test for more then a single hit.

Make the bonfire's turn-off-timer start counting for each player individually, its really difficult to coordinate and sit down to the bonfire and use it to the max unless you have third party coms. Example: Barb turns on bonfire and sits down 4s later fighter sits down. Even if the barbs time on the bonfire is over the bonfire is still active for the fighter for whatever amount of time he has left

Remove the pubg circle or atleast make it not so fast so people have time to fight or loot. Make skeletons not as strong. They litterally two shot new fighters but take a ton of damage to kill. I agree with a lot of the recent suggestions, I don't feel like the circle/mist fits the game all that well. I feel it would fit the games' styling more to just have the mist not exist, and make it so it's more plausible to actually red portal rather than just run for a blue so you don't get eaten by the storm.

Trader that takes silver coins and adds a random PVE stat buff to accessories that you own already. Such as 5% less damage from mobs. Or Chests have a 3% chance for additional valuables (Random stuff you sell to collector). Maybe 25 silver per ring/amulet upgrade. Just a way to use silver so its more worth the stash space.

Add new Hardcore-High-Roller Randomized Map which costs MUCH gold to enter, WITHOUT any HUD. Literally NOTHING: (NO or YES) life, NO minimap, NO allies in HUD, Just GAMEPLAY. Harder Mobs, randomized and new traps, even randomized puzzles if u can 😄 Hardcore Immersive experience for Veterans of the game. Minimun of lvl required for not new players. Pickpocket ( rogue skill ) is utterly useless to be honest. It either needs rework or change it for another spell. Smoke is useless too. takes way too long to hide you and the area is too small to hide and bypass the opponent. THERE is a reason why 99% of rogues use invisibility + poison dagger skills. they're the only viable options.

Please make it so when casting spells it highlights what player your targeting.
When casting resurrection, if you shoot it at a enemy player it uses the spell up and gives a warning "Can't resurrect enemy player" and consumes the spell instead of giving it back.
My friends body was stacked on a enemy play which made it harder to cast on.

Maybe give Rangers the ability to use Daggers? The spear and Rapier make sense but with limit options of close combat, it can make ranger difficult.
(And yes I know Range is a RANGE class, but we all know having the spear/sword for that rouge mimic is extremely handy.)

A higher form of currency such as candy canes was a huge help to selling higher tier items. Maybe bring in something official that is more rare then gold that can still be used to trade. Give it functionality and rarity so its worth more then gold. Such as enhancing items or buying from a special shop like santa. Loved the game and really enjoyed testing it. The access of higher tier weapons with the use of gold. I noticed that in the later days of the wipe when everyone had gold already, the only currency used to buy high tier items was with Candy Canes(limited time event). Maybe the traders could sell higher tier items so that players have something to grind for. Possibly a purple rarity item for 800g.

Next playtest should focus on the quest and service functionality of merchants, and should ease up on the difficulty spike present in the second level dungeon.
Quest progression needs to be ironed out early because that will be a longterm goal for players and we haven't gotten a chance to start actually working out it's possible bugs/un-balanced problems. Plus it can lead to greater money sinks for players that let us focus on specific objectives in game and have more chances at rolling loot that is worthwhile.
The idea behind collecting a resource and then crafting items from it was a great start, but the amount of resource needed for each equipment was far beyond reasonable and I gave up after crafting one piece of equipment (that rolled awful stats as well). Not only does this need to be tweaked into something more enticing, but we should actually be able to craft all pieces of gear. Barbarian had no specific equipment for them to craft, I had to resort to leather gear despite full plate being available to fighter/cleric.
Last playtest myself and others in my friendgroup were constantly pushing lvl 2 and this felt like a healthy progression of our skill and character power-level. This playtest I've visited lvl 2 twice, once where we encountered standard enemies and got out safe, once where we encountered the centaur and party wiped. Others I talked to stated that there was no point in attempting to fight the bosses or the centaurs (especially since they can be a tier 2). Gear progression was purposely nerfed and this is fine, but than that means the second level on normal dungeon should be scaled back appropriately. No reason to visit lvl 2 if high roller provides just as good loot with far less risk.

PvP tournament which you pay a high gold entrance fee where you can compete against others to win a gold price pool and/or titles. Gear shouldn't be lost on dying (maybe having a generic item set for each class for balance purposes so high geared people won't have advantage or being able to equip yourself as you want before battle from a fixed item list)

The game is incredible.
I have seen a number of suggestions regarding the very high costs for crafted gear. I would like to say that in the light of the stats being randomized the costs are indeed high for something that "Might" end up being worse than a blue for your class. Some sort of consistency regarding stats should be added if you want to keep the current costs (which I think is awesome, good gear should be very hard to find).
Regarding the release of the game I would suggest giving a limited Alpha Pre-Order as soon as possible. I imagine a lump of money would be nice for you and also having 500-1000 players at all time to test changes would benefit gameplay itself.

what about having an extra perk slot for lvl20 but this is a class special perk like for rogues for example, doble jump or wall jump that would make it more interesting reaching lvl 20, for fighter something like, fortress wall, blocking with the shield consecutive attacks increases armour by 1-5%.

As a rogue running high damage gear (legendary daggers/armor with high damage/true damage rolls on all pieces, with 4 sets of roughly +30-41 damage gear), damage scaling in this game is too high. It got to the point where I could 2, maybe 3 shot a fighter in full purple/legendary plate armor, before he could get an attack off. Rangers were doing 70% of a fighter's health in full purple/legendary plate from across hallways. Barbarians were 1-shotting players in full purple heavy armor as well.
Being able to 2 shot basically anyone resulted in encounters really feeling like the skill which made the game fun in low end gear disappeared as I got more gear.
I suspect true damage is one of the sources of this problem. However, because of how high damage scaling is in this game, plate armor, which feels strong early on, doesn't really help in player engagements, and often ends up harming the user more than it helps, because the move speed penalty and lack of tankiness against high damage gear just ends up becoming a hinderance.
Revisit the damage model of the game. I'm not saying major changes need to take place, however the current scaling turns high end PvP into just a bunch of 1-2 shots, which really wasn't that fun after the first couple games.

Rogue Ability: Fein Death the rogue makes a groan like him dying before then ragdolling, pressing any movement will make him get up immediately. Maybe a 20-30 second recharge and the obvious giveaway being that the rogue can't be looted while ragdolled.

Wizard spells are way too bursty. They offer way too much damage for a ranged character, easily able to wipe a party of 3 with 3 well placed fireballs. Melees are unable to deal with them whatsoever unless the mage positions incorrectly.
My solution: allow the mage to cast more spells, i.e. instead of 5 fireballs you are able to cast 10, but their damage is reduced in half. Baseline nerf to make them more fair to play against.

Fix the timing of the Ghost King's air slam and make it more lenient. It kills players even when they're midair right now.

Rogue was so fun this playtest, especially when you had access to areas with verticality.
I think it would be cool if Rogues had access to a Wall Climb perk that lets them slowly crawl up a wall and then hold onto said wall for surprise attacks or in order to evade 3-man parties.

Please add a post-extraction lobby for groups so that gear can be potentially divided. Given the way interaction speed works between different classes, if you are a Cleric it is less efficient for you to be opening chests during a run than other team members. Trying to drop loot at the end of a run before extraction is dangerous and can't be done in a lot of cases. It isn't really a viable option to do it using the trade post since a trade would have 30gp in transaction fees while most people end runs in normals with 100gp - 300gp worth of vendor loot.

Add a merchant that can create a custom kit. Lets say for example you just died as a ranger with a longbow and a rapier and some gauntlets, boots, potions etc. Most of the time it will take about a min or two to get everything you need for a raid but with this implimented you can make a custom kit right before you head for a raid that gets saved and you pay the same amount of money but it takes less time to get evrything you need. I believe this will be a nice quality of life change.

levitation spell
You start levitating for a set time, you make no footstep noise and don't trigger ground traps (spike traps/bear traps). The bloody hell ground, that damages while standing on it won't hurt you either.But you are slower and it takes a lot of time to charge the spell. You can cast it on yourself or on others (even enemies)

Restrict class stacking in parties/teams. It feels unbalanced. For example ranger stacking. I’m just staring gear, they have access to 9 traps, able to each heal for 75 ho quickly if using rations. Able to rapid fire bow shots for a barrage, which slows you decently if you’re hit by one arrow. Then they have access to 3 campfires. The longevity they have to survive, while also mowing things down from range is a bit bonkers. Rangers deal decent damage with their longbow, as we have seen from longbow damage getting needed several times. It would be less of an issue if ranger wasn’t stacked so often in teams. This is an example, not a degrading of ranger. Ranger thematically is well done.

Guild System
This is purely my make believe, that i’m wishing for.

Add a Guild Dungeon that has a maximum party size of 10, with the dungeon capacity of 50 players.
Which means 5 Guilds can fight against other guilds and loot inside the dungeon each with party of 10. -
The ability to buy a Guild Tavern/Hall where guild members can enter and interact with each other,
- The Guild Tavern/Hall would also have gambling functions such as betting and coin flip and also a Guild Quest board.

I think the contracting circle mechanic detracts from the game. It was originally designed more for open worlds where people might camp a building in the middle of nowhere. In a game like this, perhaps have dungeon levels, and force people down towards harder levels. This might make the game lean more to PVE with occasional PVP though which could be of concern.
An alternative might be better to have different game modes, including one without the circle.
Another game mode that might be appealing arises from not having a full party and match making to fill groups. Rather than matchmaking, have a single player mode where you can join forces with (or stab in the back) other players you come across. A Thief encountering a Cleric would be beneficial, where two thieves might cut the extra weight. This could have some unique outcomes such as large groups forming to challenge deep dungeon levels.

The rooms with a hole in the middle of the room/middle of the ceiling should be changed to quicksand. You don't see what is down/up there, but the AI and other players can't see you either. They have to risk going down, invisibility doesn't work in quicksand. That would be a nerf for long range classes and skeleton archers and a buffnerf to stealth classes

some social and communication features: 1-in-game VOIP in the lobby and in the dungeon, maybe even with proximity voice chat for extra danger. 2-the ability to send friend request from the player menu or a party window. 3-some minor interactivity in the lobby screen for fun; like if we can high five after a successful extraction, or drown our sorrows in drink after a lose.

Stealth to be viable against mobs. Not just going invisible just crouch walking and staying out of line of sight.
Having specific solo/duo/trio lobbies would be nice but that is probably way down the pipe line. Instead for now making sure the lobby size divides equally into groups of 3 is nice (15 or 18 are the two closest numbers to the current 16 lobby size).
Making the "info" button on the main lobby be a little bit more obvious. I only found out about that by accident because it was labeled strangely (possibly a translation error?).
When you sell/buy items to the vendor the proceeds should go to whichever inventory you have visible. If I have my character inventory open put the items/gold in my character inventory. If I have my stash open put the items/gold in my stash. Having it default to the character inventory is jarring when you have the stash open.

- ability to buy multiple items
- expansion of the cache in which to store things
- a trader post exactly on certain things, so that players put up a thing like in tarkov, for example, and prices vary, there was an opportunity to sort an item by quality / rarity, it’s much more convenient and the market is more stable
- increase the size of the bag of gold to at least 100 coins, since they take up half of the already small inventory
- make the combat of the characters more dynamic, so it will be much more fun to play, for example, you can borrow the speed from the mordhau, there are different swings in the same place (just not the control of the weapon as in the mordhau, there will be people who will be impossible to defeat because of the memorized imbo movements)

Colosseum system
As the name goes, this is mostly for Player vs Player.
Players queue up for the colosseum and fight against players until there is 1 player left.
The progress would be, fighting in 1v1 match ups and then the winner proceeds to the next match against the winner of another match. It continues until the last 2 winners are last and battles against each other.
- Rewards for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
- Ranking system
- maximum of 15-20 players per match.

more inventory. make items that can be found in raid that can be used to put specific item into that has more space inside then it uses in your inventory to save inventory space. Example: potion box ( uses a 2x2 space in your inventory but has an internal space of 5x5 that you can only put potions in).weapon rack (uses 4x3 space in your inventory but has an internal space of 7x6 that you can only put weapons in). armor stand ( uses 5x2 space in your inventory but you can put 1 of each type of armor in a slot on the stand so 1 breastplate, 1 legging, 1 helm , 1 boot and 1 glove). was supper annoying having to inventory manage all the time so having these item to save inventory will help a lot,

the trade chat is absolute chaos. im sure youve seen the post suggestion 1000xs already. Create an auction style house, regardless youre going to get people who cheat and bot items w/e the case will be in the future. a simple organized WOW style auction house would suffice. You post your item to either be bid on or bought out, while its being bid or bought you can go into a game....instead of players running out of gold and having to spend a minute + buying gear selling gear etc. while me an the other guy who are ready spend 15 minutes waiting for a guy...vice versa. "weapon chat, sub chat daggers" "armor chat, sub chat wizard, sub chat preferences "frock". It looks like youre after the haggler aspect which i get but i do not have an answer as to how to implement it without chaos of crap. also a preferences tab based on tier gear. "only show blues or purps"

I feel like you guys shouldn't do another test, and instead just release the game in EA. The reason I say this isn't because I just want to play the game forever etc, its because your just giving players more free2play time to get burnt out and not desire to purchase the game when it fully releases later imo. And besides that, I want to just give you my money already because I've already sunk in over 50 hours just this playtest and you guys deserve it!

Rangers: Remove the Trap items and make it an ability with limited uses.
This would most likely balance things out with rangers bringing a ton a traps and placing then everywhere.

Guild hall with a paid shop to support game and also a find in game most hardcore locations loot for the guild hall. Naturally this requires guilds to be in, but being able to meet in 3d with your team in a place where you can have npcs, and some sort of buffs or things to slightly influence the game but it should be a really minimal bonus so that guildless wouldn't be in a big disadvantage

Instead of having poison solely for rogues, make a consumable vial which can "coat" specific weapons, arrows, bolts, etc. where applicable for a limited time. Rouges should have more control of how their poisons should interact with the game with either reducing incoming healing, increased PvE damage, slowing poisons, etc. Rouges should choose these specific poison effects via another window/ability (similarly to how spells work for Wizard and Cleric currently).

Warlock class: stats similar to the cleric. Can use spell books and talismans (like a decorated skull on a rope) mainly roles buff spells and de-buff spells maybe 1 or 2 light damage spells and can summon creatures to fight for him maybe he could summon a death skull on his Q and has a spell that when aimed at a defeated undead enemy will bring it back and he loses proportional to the strength of that enemy so small amounts for spiders and nearly 3/4 to revive a red skeleton that follows him around.

A remake of the High Roller dungeon since it doesn't really solve the problem that it was supposed to fix
The idea of the high roller dungeon was to let players have a better time in the normal version, not having to face players with rare and powerful gear there. With high roller in play it didn't really take much time before squads started to get better gear and after doing it they would go to the normal version to steamroll everything on the way. Another problem that comes up is that solo players have almost no chance in the high roller since its really complicated to safely clear rooms without a squad and not only they can't get better gear they will always have to eventually face squads from high roll in the normal mode.
My suggestion, make the high roller mode a "challenge mode", mobs are stronger but the rarity of the gear that you can get is the same, the objective would be to kill the boss in the last floor that would drop artifact/legendary gear, meanwhile in the normal mode the last boss would rarely drop legendary gear.
Gear also needs a bit of tuning because the disparity between some classes was apparent, a good example was with wizards being able to instant cast and one shot squads with fireball since apparently they could get gear that would sometimes give +10 dmg for just equipping a ring.. also the magic missile that apparently every one of then would get buffed by the gear.

add where we can pay for insurance for our gear so if someone doesn't take something you get it back via mailbox. Also would be nice for a better way to store gold maybe add a few more bigger pouches like maybe a 100 250 and 500 pouch. Also make it where we can by storage boxes to take up less room in stash but hold more items.

It would be cool being able to use names that are not linked to other people.
Therefore it would be cool to revamp the name system, and let us take names that may be taken already from other players.
In order to avoid the "this name is not available because is already taken" error.
it wouldn't be a problem for the leaderboard because it would still display the in-game name, and if you click on it, it would open the steam profile displaying the original player, in order to not create confusion. (according to privacy settings)
and about the problem of cheating, adding a system of report that makes you to report a specific player (maybe when spectating a game and pressing ESC > list players > report)

make the trade area more like an auction house so that every post can be filtered. Each item would have a starting price and a player could make a min bid on each item. Each item would also have a buyout price that would be the max ammount of gold a player can puchase the item for immediately instead of bidding on it. The auction house would take a % ammount of the items total sell price instead of a flat 15 gold. Items could only stay listed for 24 hours or less.

every decent game over the past couple years has been in early access beta for multiple years. Ex)tarkov, rust, ark, valheim ETC. Release the game in early access beta sooner while the hype is still extremely high this will give you funding to do and show everything you want to do with the game and as long as you consistently show updates/patches/new content within a month or less spans game will thrive. The game is very playable right now and I feel a lot of people rather play it in its current state and let y’all make changes while we play than wait another half a year IMO. Theirs very few good games on the market currently who knows if same will be true in months to come. This games blown many away even in current state we all just want to play it.

i really hope you dont implement the weight limit system, we already have that for the inventory by sorting differently sized loot. And in the equipped items we have that through the movement speed reduction, you would have to completely replace the movement speed reduction in order for a weight limit to makes actual sense for equipped items.

a multi-classing option after level 15 would be very useful, you could make your own variant class this way, a wizard fighter for a spellblade for example. Lowered magical stats if primary is fighter but no ability for heavy armor if wizard is main etc. <just a thought>

Add big dragons and wyverns, drake.
Some cool bossfight, where a trio needs to beat the dragon for greater possible loot.
it's also a dungeon fantasy, there should be more Dragons imo.
A really hard bossfight that sometimes, not even a trio can make it if not prepared, and that might require the temporary additional help of another enemy team, cooperating just for the moment, but because the loot is greater it might lead often to betrayment, which is cool. hence why also (PvPvE)
and also some snakes, imo they can fit as well as enemies with poison.

Create a 'Raid' dungeon that can only be accessed once every 2hours globally, where a team of 5 (or more depending on scale) can go to fight in a PvE focused dungeon, with more bosses, enemies, and a different dungeon structure to support it.

Please reconfigure the AI for ranged enemies such as Archers and Sorcerers to stop targeting you once entering stealth, its very frustrating to enter stealth and have the enemy pinpoint aim at you seconds after due to them already preparing to shoot just before you entered stealth.

Regarding Ranger skill Quickshot(the one thats allow you to shot 3 times rapidly). You can use the skill to refill your arrows which is kind of overpowered. Since Longbow does like 50~ dmg per shot, in midrange you can put 10 arrows into the enemy before he reaches you. It should be nerfed. Skill shouldn't be used when you have 0 arrows in a quiver and shouldn't fill a quiver after using the skill.

Give weapon recovery animation a late cancel window, so that you can switch weapons, use an ability, or pull out utility items slightly earlier etc. This would not speed up attacks with the same weapon or the total recovery animation if nothing was switched/cancelled.
This cancel window would enable anyone such as rangers to switch to their melee weapon slightly earlier after releasing an arrow, barbarians to use their shout skills earlier after swinging, or any class being able to holster or pull out utility items earlier during their attacks recovery window. This would make combat feel a lot more fluid and long recovery attacks that some classes have such as barbarians to feel slightly better.

Some kind of spell for melee classes to dash or jump on enemy with a hit. (Even with slowly animation). A spell to hit and jump back for rangers and stuff like that. (CD as you think its nice). First Person Fantasy RPG without any kind of mechanic of movility for the melee to catch or the rangers to avoid... Its like non sense. Just running like speedster its such a lack of gameplay.

Implement a simple weapon maintenance system for weapons, armor, shields, etc. Keeping your weapons sharp and repaired before matches begin should reward players with more effective use from their gear as an exchange for investing in their gear prior to a match's start. Conversely, gear in poor conditions would be less effective in damage, armor, etc.

Bards should be jack of all trades.
Give them songs that can be cast around them that give short duration buffs or debuffs... heals IE song of rest...
Song weaving should 100% be a thing!
Give them shorter duration versions of some of the cleric buffs (or weaker versions).
I always envision a Bard as a little bit of healing, kind of a rogue, kind of a fighter, and a little bit of a wizard.

Put the game just for 18 or 21 or even 25 years old + with your country ID. This will end toxicity, will be more easy to balance every class and the most important: Stop to hackers. We will enjoy a solid community with stable player base that will grow up with time. Players will be players no matter the age: If we already use computer to play we will play sometimes until the end of our life. And I want this game to live and prosper plenty of time. So SOLID community without toxicity on a probably "Proximity Voice Chat" is actually needed.

having a “change-log” similar to how Facepunch Studios does. This creates involvement with the community and allows for the community to see progress and changes that are happening during a play test or during normal development time. This also creates accessibility to see current updates and changes to the average player and deviates constant questioning.
Now this isn’t the same as patch notes, these are active “real time” changes. They might not always be an appealing change, but it lets the players see what’s being done behind the scenes.

Since a lot of people are complaining about the Skeleton race item from the Adventure Points shop,
I'm putting this here as a way to show that I think that adding different races with differing stat bonuses and deficits is a great idea.
It helps let players both aesthetically and functionally make the characters we want and since it costs currency we CAN EARN, it is something we can work towards and everyone can get without spending a dime!

allow people that have one time or multi-use but not infinite abilities (second wind, field ration) to restore it by killing people of the same class with that ability. IE a fighter with no second wind left kills a fighter with 1 available, he now has 1 available

Barbarian's Rage speed buff skill also reduces slowdown from being hit.
It has a second long animation, shout which gives away position, and 20% defense penalty; It is strictly worse than the Fighter's sprint with no added benefits and only drawbacks.

I propose a system of "Power Level" in items (Armors, Weapons, Rings) and that it is added to a total, and that the Matchmaking is guided by that total, because being without anything and finding yourself with a fully equipped party is sad. Also, being in a party adds more "Power level" the more players there are.

It is necessary to defend against cheat users who modify their abilities without permission.

Don't add dodges or rolls. Mobility options like dashes and move speed buffs should be hard to find and for some classes impossible. I'm tired of all the fantasy/rpg games implementing rolls for everything. This game's move set and its clunkiness is very refreshing and the way you can still dodge everything if you're good enough is amazing and very satisfying.

Increase the spawn rate for cleric and barbarian weapons, and decrease the spawnrate for daggers. Throughout the playtest, I've never found a single cleric weapons except on other players, and I've never found a felling axe. Over half the weapons I have found have been daggers though, often with high damage.

I am from South Africa we all face one issue, This is the lack of servers in many of the worlds most popular games which then force us to play on EU servers which will leave us with 140 - 200 ping which makes playing these beloved games very difficult to play. I suggest that RSA servers are to be added. This would lead to an influx in players that are playing form RSA.

Health bar - it would be a nice feature to possibly see a number over the health bar to help determine how many more hits you could take before you bit the bullet
Camp fires - They are a bit confusing at the moment with no understanding of how much HP or how long they last or why in the shop the wood merchant had two different ones but one cost 24 gold while the other cost 39 gold
they were both gray I believe with no understanding to why one cost more
Blocking - While i like the shields I dont see why other classes cant block to some degree? Even if there was an way to block with any class but take less damage if successful or possible a parry
Levels - Possibly different styles of dungeons? like Caves, Dense Forests, Swamps, Snow. maybe even a dungeon with 2 floors
Random Event - Maybe a special creature thats a hot spot for people to try and get too before others and if you successfully kill the creature in the hot spot you can get a item you have to collect for a special reward
Potions - I like the health pots but I do wish they were a bit more understanding on how much they actually heal you
Hunter traps - They need a nerf or possibly break over time if you dont look down and unlock it. It takes way to long to break one in mid fight and Ive noticed people are getting walked on in a fight while trying to unlock it
The collector - Im not sure if the collector is ever going to sell stuff. but it would be nice if you could remove the buy button and make him only sell some how to just avoid having to go through extra steps. not a big deal though
Trade Shop - A filter system would be nice or even a different section for class types instead of a jumbled mess of spam trying to find an item. you could also break things up like rings / necklaces / 2 handers / cloth / leather / plate

I’d like some changes to some character classes, rogue is tuned nicely to be lethal up close but I feel as if they’re unable to always close to gap, make it where they have increased movement speed when crouched and invisible.
Give a 60% muffled audio when invisible to not be easily located.
Ranger needs slightly faster draw times for shooting across all bows except survival.
Allow for a filter feature within the trade market so we can easily find sales and trades via other players it’s hard to find Barbarian gear when 300 items got Clarics and fighters are being posted.
Headshots for rangers I feel should mean more, it has a sour taste to me that I can hit someone 2-3 times in the head and they live where as a rogue has so much dps off of abilities and perks.
Give rangers ability to add effects onto arrows (poison, slow, fire, ice ect.)
Limit rolls for class specific gear to class specific benefits, Ranger hood shouldn’t roll spell capacity.
Create a debuff potion that can be thrown as a splash effect to debuff enemies.
Lower movement speed of barbarian outside of his rage it’s not easy to escape a barbarian with twice the health as a mage/ranger/rogue when he has the same if not much higher base movement speed and an axe to one shot you.

having more room in stash is a MUST, we can have more tabs on stash, that can be purchasable for 500g, for example. Also adding some bonus skill or perk or something to reaching lvl 20, cause it has no point beeing lvl 15 or lvl 20, just matters 15, for the perk slot

more informative stat descriptions and more informative ability descriptions. there shouldnt be hidden perks / abilities within an ability or stat that arent even described or listed.........IE there are many clerics whom dont know that VISTA the aoe ability ALSO DOES PLAYER DMG. it clearly says undead when you scroll over it. nothing about player dmg.

Set up a game mode/option for folks to duo together, you and one other random player will spawn together in a party!
Random chances to get paired with whoever is in the dungeon! So you never know what class you'll be paired with!
Only downside I see is if you pair up and folks try to kill their teamates!
Possible fix? Have both characters spawn a fair distance from one another unable to move/do anything until both characters are fully loaded in! 😄
(As a super game mode/option for folks!!)
Sounds like a fun eay to encounter some off party comps! 😄

I like the idea of rolling/random starting loot, nothing too crazy but having some folks start with a healing potion! Or an invis potion! Adding some randomness to what people spawn with! 😄 (maybe add in some very RARE chances for a better weapon/armor piece/money to spice things up)

Use visible damage on enemies to give an indication of their health. Ex: When hitting a skeleton, cracks start to appear on skull and bones. When nearly dead the jaw flies off or a big chunk comes out of the skull. Could also use locational damage such as cracking ribs on torso hit instead of damaging skull.

Add a tiered treasure map system for dungeons (and maybe a treasure hunter class).
Treasure chests should be:
Random spawn locations.
Require a pickaxe/shovel to dig up.
Lockpicks to open the chests.
Trapped chests that require disarm kits before lockpicking.
Undead monsters spawn while digging.
Rare loot/trinkets that can only be obtained from treasure chests.
Tmaps could be focused group content (for teams of 2 or 3) and encourage different types of team composition and strat (more heavily PvE focused?).
Why?
This would open new group fights scenarios at different locations on maps instead of groups camping portals at the end of the round - this in turn gives more opportunities for solo players to escape.
A Treasure hunter class could have a toolset and abilities that enables them to tackle tmaps solo, or to stealth in and steal the loot, some sort of cartography skill to read and decipher the maps, an ability to shield team reducing damage taken while outside the circle.

I'd like to see more dungeon theme variance. I'm not quite sure what the developer vision on this is, but something like the following;
A network of caves connected by corridors carved out by sentient beings (dwarves?) filled with elementals, lava serpents, lizardmen,
and similar archetype creatures where the bosses are drakes or dragons.
A hedge maze filled with dryads, (easier) centaurs, elven rangers, fairies, wisps and similiar fae creatures with for example a hippogriff or
giant sentient tree as a final boss.
Other stuff like dwarven mines (moria inspired), mountain peaks, orc forts, etc. could be done as well, there's a lot of different syles that could be implemented for dungeons in this game.

please make high roller cost more. the risk is so low in high roller because the cost is so low but the reward is high. i always see people in there with starter gear. if you make the high roller cost more it will force people to actually gear up so they dont die and lose there 300 or more gold buy in. it would make it feel more of a high roller queue.

My playtest experience is what I think is good and healthy for the development of the game until its release.
The game already runs very "smoothly" for the type of game it is, what it urgently needs is a proximity voice system, currently the only means of communication is crouching and crouching since the emote takes a long time to execute the animation.
A 4-person mode is pretty attractive too, the voice chat would keep it from becoming total chaos.
If the game is intended to be paid, it's great to release now with little polish and voice chat, and if it's intended to be free, a ton of cosmetics, character customization, waifus and beefy guys is essential for that the game lives AND survives for a long and lasting time, I know that it can fit the theme of a classic dungeon with a party without anything flashy, but let's face it, more of the same will get boring at one time or another, a considerable amount of cosmetics and the opportunity for each player to be able to show himself in the best way that each individual knows how to do in his own special way, is priceless. I speak for myself when I refer to character customization as something of extreme importance, but this is something that would keep me in the game for years and years, as it was with League of Legends, Overwatch and several MMOs that I played during my life, the cosmetics added to the creativity of a close-knit community like Dark and Darker, will make it one of the most famous and enduring games this world has ever seen, I had a lot of fun with my friends playing the game, and that's why I I'd like to do whatever I can to help this game thrive as best I can.

when interchanging equipped item with item in a chest, if the inventory is full, the previously equipped item should go in the chest. Because in the last playtest, the message 'the invenory is full' was displayed and you had to manually place the equiped item in the chest THAN equipped the item you wanted, loosing precious second in the process

to have a gameplay around keeping the equipment when you join a game, even if you die. like the use of a potion on an item will safe it for the game and you'll get back with it. that potion could be a single use per game so even if you don't die, you'd have to use a potion on the next mission. that way there would be a feeling of progression on the stuff you have but there would still be a cost if you want to keep it each missions.

make chain lightning have drastic damage falloff after the first target (at least when hitting players, for pve the damage can be the same throughout). I suggest something like first target takes 100%, second takes 50%, third onwards take 25%. currently as it stands a wizard with very basic gear can 2 shot an entire party with chain lightning. when it comes to good/ great gear it can one shot an entire party of players. However there is a broken strategy that some players were using by bringing a barb with all magic resistance gear (getting upwards of 60-75% mr), and chaining the hit off of them, to hit around corners and do full team wipes while the mage is safe staying super far back. realistically I don't see much counter play around that as a group of players.

For the long term health of the game I think it would be good if Epic, Legendary and Unique drops were slightly more exclusive. There should be dungeons with more floors (4-5) and harder than the current, to the point where it is extremely difficult to survive all the way down and featuring bosses a fair bit harder than what is currently available. Otherwise people will quickly learn the mechanics and the highest levels of loot will be too common.
The deepest level should be something where even the top 0.5% of players will frequently die. In those places the best loot could drop while still keeping it special.

Upon dying and being resurrected you should be able to pick up your bag with an action( interact for 5 seconds or so to transfer the whole inventory!
The gear you had on you will have to move manually, but it would make sense that you could just pick up your bag as you have nothing on you when you spawn naked!

Auction house should be added to the game to be search for certain items by category such as "Head, Hands, Body, etc.". Same goes for other categories such as "Potions, Lock Picking Keys, or even a ETC. section.". For searching for gear within categories there should also be an options to search for specific stats on said gear as well if you would like to and have an option to just have all items within that category appear anyway if you are not looking for a specific stat. Separate suggestion but I feel as though being able to view the whole map by pressing M should be an option. It is kinda unfair to have third-party sites that players can have on their second monitor to see the whole map where as other players are not doing that. Another thing, spell capacity does not make sense as stat when Knowledge exist. Knowledge is just a better stat than spell capacity since knowledge makes cast time go faster. I see that other stats such as Will and Magical Power do the exact same thing from my testing. 1 Will and 1 Magical Power both increase your Spell Power by 2%. I understand that this adds more stats into the game for a little more RNG on gear but why does Spell Capacity exist when it's completely worse than Knowledge. You never need that much extra Spell Capacity and/or Knowledge anyway so it makes Spell Capacity a throw away stat and it's just a time waster since it's a dead stat since knowledge is better to have if you gonna need extra memory capacity anyway. Lastly, VOIP would be super fucking cool, that is all.

Make a game mode arena where one team fights another team 3v3 style and winner just wins their gear or maybe wagger a price to enter. The team that wins gets the money the losing team wagered and the money they wagered to get in. But don't add any loot in the arena. Maybe add spectators and a way for the spectators to gamble for a winning team. I believe this would be a cool idea not expecting to actually be added in the game. And would allow players to learn how to get better at pvp

Impractical weapons like the War Maul and Double Axe can lunge in the direction of movement on release of its swing.
At the moment they are worthless in PVP because of suicidally long swing animations that self-root for several seconds. They will never hit anyone just walking backwards, so nobody uses them.

Hello, since the collector merchant's only intent is to sell him trinkets, please remove the "buy" tab so the sell tab is the only one that shows up. Going further, could possibly make an option either in each merchant tab or the settings to default to show the sell tab instead of the buy tab upon clicking into a merchant, this will speed up selling items. Eventually add a boss to a deeper level of the dungeon that cannot be defeated by a single party. At the moment there is only two outcomes when players meet which is fight or flight. This will incentivize two things, one being a reason to go to the absolute depths of the dungeon and two, players will have more interactions with one another past immediate pvp.

a spell that places a curse (like slow) and deals dmg. The curse last the whole round and if a player dies with it, it will spawn a empowered skeleton depending of class. Also, the spawned skeleton will not target you allies. That curse can't be removed without a cleric. I would like to see a necromancy themed magic and I think that such spell would be quite nice

- The map zone timer should be increased by 1-2 minutes for both levels except high roller
- When clicking to trade a player, their name should be displayed on the tooltip to prevent wrong trades
- A player with not enough gold to pay the trade fee should not be able to join or talk in any trade chat

- Mining rocks should be independent of action speed and be the same across all classes

- Fix the strange creature springing to life animation when looking at it again after it has died
- Add a largeback pack item with -20 movement speed at all times but it adds alot of extra room for loot
- When hitting an unopened mimic chest start the aggro animation of it
- Increase aggro range of skeleton wizard but lower the damage of their fireballs
- Add oxygen bar for players when entering water, also prevent the use of a flaming torch when submerged
