If you are a degenerate who downvotes everyone, your votes don't count and you get that point value instead after a certain amount

I have an offhand dagger which has "+0.7% physical damage bonus" and "+2 physical power", will these stats apply to my mainhand damage as well or just to the offhand dagger attacks?
If you are eqwuipped with both daggers, you get all the stats of both on each hit

The weapon itself is the hitbox, the exact mesh. There is no cone, so you have to intercept where the other attack is coming from with your weapon. Very tight window

Right. I mean it's supposed to be a team based game but I don't have any personal friends that play so I'm forced to solo. It's happened to me the only two times I have gotten on a team. Very frustrating.

I also found that sometimes the move speed didn't work correctly. For instance, 1 AGI is worth 1 move speed. I had a chest piece that gives -10 armor, but +3 to all stats. Gave me a net of -7 move speed. Made sense. But my pants were -3 speed and I have +4 agi. I LOST 2 move speed from them
And it happened with another helmet I was using
So I figured that there were 2 stats conflicting with movespeed so the data wasn't useful
It's why I gave up on Resourcefulness as a stat to measure, because it and agi both have different values based on thresholds
Res. is 'roughly' 2 times better than Agi but only for interaction (regular)

A unique could have 17 High Phjys roll and 17 Low Magic Roll for 34 base damage. Now, nekkid that +30 will a wizard has gives it +60%, meaning that it's +17 Phys and +27.2 Magic per hit

I did test how much the lich "one shot" orb was doing since I was full geared and had Warcry. It did 95 damage when I had 40% total Magic reduction, and it did about 150 when I had somewhere in the 20-25% range.

Hey guys great game but i was wondering if i could get a direct line to a dev for some critical feedback that i think would greatly help with early player drop off for newer players and player retention for people who are hungry for content at the top of the game. I was a cleric who was friends with and a part of top of the leaderboards boss kills groups. I think i helped fuel the fire for the leaderboard competition in that area. I was with latex on sunday then luv on monday tuesday after work. We have a lot of insight into the game from multiple angles in terms of general experience, pvp, pve, and outlook and I think it would be extremely beneficial for you to hear that.

How can I solo ghost king?
Lich seems slightly possible because you can dodge attacks and iif you get hurt while dealing damage up close you can just back out and keep running while healing
But ghost king you can't even dodge his attacks
How tf do you heal fast enough and deal enough damage to kill him

The bosses are not designed to be solo'd. However, I'm surprised you find Wraithking doing too much unavoidable damage. You are jumping it's slam down right? I know it's teleport can't be avoided, but it's basic attacks seem easy enough to avoid. The real issue for a solo is that the debuff to your damage makes things difficult.

U survive blue if u dont stack, just heal person it was on afterwards, 2 or more people in blue will probably kill u, stacking in purple divides damage making it easier on the people in it, it just adds a little bit more depth to the boss fight, its super easy once u get it, especially after the nerf, thereβs almost no endgame content for us after 1 weekend of playing

Reviving as cleric is really buggy sometimes. If another mob/players bodypart clip through ally dead body, your aim is clearly on ally but due to the mini clipping the revive doesn't work and you will lose your revive spell.
I hope the makers put spell mechanic to refund the spell because that's just stupid.

There is a slight pause between retracting and activating again. That is when you need to go across. However, crouch jumping is the most reliable way once they are set off and going down

I've been top treasure hunter in 2 playtests and top 10 this one while working on wiki and data gathering, trust me. You aren't missing enough from those chests to warrant going after them specifically. You want to go to high loot table rooms that have several chests/mobs with good loot tables, not just 1

That specific hallway, the spike traps after placed slightly off center. You can jump over them easily. Just make sure to sheathe your weapon. Movement speed is important for jumping. The center library area, you can't really avoid the damage so either tank it or use a protection pot to eat the hit. Once you're on the chest side, you can jump up on the chest to get back over without taking damage

Movement speed is based on the neutral number of 300. Anything less and you are at a penalty, anything more and you gain a bonus. 300 = 100% move speed for everyone. Each point of 'movespeed' above or below is 'roughly' .3 -.4% slow/faster

Thats a much longer answer than I have time for. I'm heading out to lunch with the family. In general though, you want rooms that tend to have at least one of those types of chests, and rooms that contain Wraiths or Skeleton Captains
Skull Bats were the best for jewlery which is actually good for money AND boosting your own stats
Mummies tend to have the best ring drops

Yeah, it's a pretty complicated question since it really depends on your group and whether or not you can clear some of the tougher rooms quickly enough to not get caught out by another group
Imo if you're soloing, the best place to get loot is hell, but it's a coin flip on whether or not you get the necromancer and whether or not you get a good southern circle to maximize your vault looting
But boy oh boy, if you get the necromancer floor AND a southern circle, you can rack up the loot especially if you bring coin purses with you
I usually run 4 - 5 coin purses for the times I get the necro and a lucky circle

I think so, when I only used magic missile it would regen at a fixed rate but not if other spells were missing casts

You need to literally look up so the shield stops the attack that is going to hit on top of you
exaggerate into the direction the swing is coming from is what I got from this. I probably wasnt moving my shield enough in that direction

Aside from fine tuining blocking/parrying I believe these are what they are sticking with. Whether that changes is up in the air, but right now they want to focus on positioning, weapon combo direction counters etc... in lieu of combat similar to games like Mord/Chiv

To be fair I didn't do a lot of boss testing this playtest. The homing orb can indeed be tracked and pulled into a mob/lich as that is the intended mechanic. Now, there are supposedly 3 auras it casts. Blue, Purple and Red. Red and Purple I'm familiar with. Red you split up, purple you stack. Blue is new. I 'feel' that without testing, blue is similar in that you share damage with minion(s)

Disagree, back to back fireballs are extremely devastating and often catch people woefully offguard. Not to mention back to back insta cast invis or haste is really useful for engaging or disengaging. Bring either campfires and/or have party use them liberally to replenish. Just different playstyles. Both have their pros and cons much like all the perks/skills. Except for pickpocket. Thats just... It's own tier π
If pickpocket was instant with a cooldown of like 15-20 seconds it 'might' be good for a rat build... But killing someone is like pickpocket on steroids π

The counterplay for EVERYONE against ranger is not to fight in open areas. Wiz have it easiest because they can haste/invis and leapfrog from cover to cover and if done right the ranger will not be the wiser

I did have a question about foot steps. I felt there was alot of times I just couldn't hear anyone outside of my teammates. I know rogues have a thing to have quiet foot steps but there was so many times I had a full team of 3 on my back before I even noticed. Was this an issue in the game?
They might be using lightfoot. Those are the quietest in the game

Trying to solo as Wizard just felt bad since their interaction time is so slow and then dealing with PvE was rough

Lets do a quick thought example. Crystal sword. Lets go nuts and get the best on e in the game. 17 Phys (Lowest roll) and 18 Magic damage (Highest Roll)
Actually, lets make it easy and do 17 and 17. So 34 base damage. Half of which is magic. Now, a wizard starts with 33 Will. Thats 46% damage increase to magic damage JUST from a 'nekkid' wizard. So that 17 is now 24.82 damage. You can see where this is going
I believe it's 'supposed' to be shrines and portal stones. However, portal stones were CLEARLY not using the magical interact stat and were Regular interact
I think Shrines 'was' working correctly. But I didn't test it extensively
As far as I could tell wizard was slow at everything
Can we nerf some of the 1 shot 2 shot builds so fights are more interesting. A cleric with smite can 2 shot people. A ranger can 1 shot people with bow. I love that fights are tactical and a little drawn out at times. Its never fun getting one shot
You have + 4 true phys and + 4 true magic damage. That number jumps up even more and then bypasses all resistances. In fact, if you stacked nothing but +true phys and +regular magic, you would by pass almost everyones defense

how does pickpocket work?
If you have it equipped you can approach an enemy player in a match if you are within touching distance. A prompt will come up where you can 'pickpocket' them. You will then 'steal' one item from their non-equipped backpack. If they have nothing to steal it will let you know

Most combat is over in 15. I guess it's also good for clearing out trash in melee PvE
Next playtest, assuming a lot of mechancis and stats aren't changed, my big focus is on spellcasting stuff, loot tables, enemy HP/Dmg

99% there is no reduction
