But also no matter what, there’s a lot of luck involved, and I’m sure that even if I did tool my umas for S distance I’d have a similar experience.

My long team is a bit underleveled compared to the rest, but my umas do more or less consistently decently in team trials with similar stats.

Granted, there's a decent bit of variance. Sometimes an uma will win, sometimes they'll get 10th place.

Stamina is quite important for long. I see some guides prioritize stamina stats over speed stats for competitive long umas, even.

I'm presuming that if I can get my stamina up to par, I'll start getting more consistent results
