The way this setup works is surprisingly similar to Archipelago
1- Make a patch for yourself given the patch file, the 1.0 US ROM for OoT and MM.
2- Launch the emulator through steam if you use a controller that does not have xinput.
3- Turn off automatic pausing on alt tab.
4- You can get custom models from somewhere and apply them during the patching process?

Gameplay tips for Majoras Mask
- Because of how Majoras Mask time system works, the game is not in logic until you have obtained the Ocarina of time (MM) and Song of time (MM). You can still go to MM, and in some cases your song of time will be the song you get when first entering MM, but none of the other checks are in logic and you won't be able to reset the cycle before you have those two items.
- When you have the song of time in MM, you also unlock two secret songs that are huge conveniences

- Put your rupees in the west clock town bank before resetting time.
