So i have Spidops/Cordie Fake Out turn 1 when possible and have Manaphy/Cathrine spam Wildbolt Storm to nuke both targets when possible, usually OHKOing even without Tail Glow. If only I had Origin Pulse instead, then I could be spamming STAB Primordial Sea boosted dual attacks

I find it really frustrating that the Pokémon games are absolutely loaded with a ton of mechanics that the games never, ever tell you about
At best they’ll just vaguely hint to you that they exist via random NPC dialogue that’s phrased in such a way as to tell you next to nothing
So we mostly only know of all these mechanics via experimentation and game ROM decompilations
