So the story in WoW has over several expansions kinda evolved into a "Light vs Dark" kind of story. There's many more powers (arcane, fel, nature, etc) but they tend to fall under the hood of those two as the 'major' powers. With Midnight, the Dark storyline is definitely front and center, but there's also a sub-storyline how the light (generally seen as Holy since the game's beginning) can also be bad in extremes. There's a whole part about "Lightbloom", light-infused plants taking over and corrupting the land/people.

It seems like for Dawntrail they went with the system where your first relic weapon seems to be rather grindy like the old relics, but for subsequent jobs you simply pay with tomestones. Seems reasonably challenging for people focusing on one job, but not too extreme for completionists.
