I'm coming in as WAR because I have a bunch of Bozja dedicated gear of fending, but there are no class restrictions

Like, I can come in as WAR and bring lost actions to act as healer

I wont be quite as good as a dedicated healer but we should be fine

I'll give you a quick overview.
PLD is your classic paladin, the main characteristic is that he has a whole magic phase in his rotation in which he makes big swords stab on enemies and he can do that from a distance.

WAR is fun, it has big cooldowns that allow for a bunch of hard hitting attacks in a row later in the game, and has a ton of sustain and self healing.

DRK and GNB are kind of similar,

DRK is based on having a bunch of attacks you use between your normal cooldowns, has a big sword and some big attacks that are pretty fun.

GNB similarly, the most unique characteristic is continuation, which is a second attack you can use as a followup after certain combos, and he also weaves it inbetween the normal attacks.
Both have phases in which you are hitting a lot of buttons very fast

Oh right GNB requires to buy the full game, in case you are in the free trial

While DRK you just need to get to Ishgard, and start Heavenswards, which is included in the free trial

I’ve not used a tank class because I’ve seen some people tell you how to play it and if they don’t like it they start saying you aren’t using the right things and it’s against the terms of service which I had one guy say to me while using my BLM class ages ago

Basically a tryhard

There are definitely a few things a group expects a tank to do that a new player might struggle with at first

Generally, what's expected is for you to grab a couple of groups of enemies, and keep then on you while the group AOE them down

Rinse and repeat until you get to the boss

If you do one group at a time there are some people that will definitely start to lose patience, this being the 10000th time they do this dungeon and just wanted for it to be over

Because the problem with the expansion launch, is that there is a big influx in players, but if you spin up new DC, you risk, when activity goes back down in a month to normal levels, to end up with a bunch of pretty barren servers

We are almost there and after the launch trailer, these are my DT story predictions.

||The conflict for the throne will be the backdrop, I don't think Wuk Lamat will win it, but that might be the fact that I kind of want her to join us in more adventures, also she doesn't really seem super suited to ruling.
Plus the other claimants except one seem to be reasonably good choices as well (it's only the racist one that should lose and that will probably be the main conclict.

Midway through it I expect the City of Gold to come into play as part of this contest, and in my opinion, it will be revealed to be a Fallout style Vault, that was set up during the 2nd calamity, and the way it works is that will connect to the 9th reflection..

Inside we'll find the 9th shard civilisation, which are high tech and will come out with not good intentions, in a full on invasion of Tuliyollal.
I don't know how that will be resolved but I assume that whoever manages to stop the conflict will be the one that gets the throne in the end.

If I want to be bold, I will also predict that inside the vault we'll find an exclave of Source inhabitants that were cut off up until now, and that princess we see will be the leader of that group.||

We'll see tho, I expect most of this to be wrong in the end

Yeah I think that there is a problem that of you are targeting something when you are using it, and are too far away, it will throw up an error

You can either do a macro to target yourself with it, or remember to remove the target before you use it
