The 24 men raid are super fun, and there is a degree of personal responsibility, but not too much, so for most of the time you can pretty much follow others and be fine

Some interesting lore stuff

Reaper is nice, it connects to stuff in Endwalker and has the bonus that it starts at 70 so you can do content with it right away

But nothing even comes closer to DRK

The only secondary questline that made me tear up multiple times

It's actually a crime that being a secondary quest it isn't voiced

well you get introduce to this character late stormblood

you will see who it is when I come and you look at my phone case

then you get to my favourite expansion, Endwalker!

I have a feeling, brings will easily figure it out the second they meet my favourite character, why I love them dearly

though they are a fan favourite among all ffxiv fans

When you do the lvl 70 quests they give you a coffer for that class

With a set of atinquated gear

If you don't have those anymore, you can buy them back at a calamity salvager

The important one is the weapon

But you can also evolve the armor to be dyable

I think you should at least have the weapon because I think it's required for some important stuff in later zones

No need to equip it, just keep it in your inventory

And evolve it as the quest goes along

The elemental level is global

So if you start with one and feel like another one would be easier, you can switch

And you don't really need to invest in your weapon until you are elemental level 20 and ready to leave the 1st zone

You might notice that in your challenge log you have a few Eureka Based missions

They give proportionally a ton of Elemental exp

So doing those every week is kinda recommended at the beginning to speed up the process

wow, they've really gotten better at facial expressions. watchin these older cutscenes, WOL doesn't emote as often (though we can make a headcanon out of that; you used to be more stoic n tried to keep your distance emotionally (i sense spicy opportunity for angsty backstory) but then The Distaster Struck at end of ARR and post banquet you open up to alphi n others bc u realize its a waste to keep away from your friends when yall can die n scatter into four winds this easily). ...anyway what was my original point? oh, right, on other hand its very funny to watch nero monologue n u lookin like u dont give two flyin fucks

They did, also they added a bunch of emotes in the game which are essentially the same animations they use in a lot of the cutscenes

(occasionally they also do custom facial animations that are only gound in cutscenes)

Healers tend to be chill as long as you're not a DRK like, rushing ahead, not using mitigation, keeping the d00ds off your party rather than just focusing one mob at a time, etc.

The farther the expansions go and more predictible dungeons become, it's usually harder to tank in HWs or ARR dungeons

SB have a certain difficulty because they enemies hit pretty hard but you handled it

Since you are tanking more often and it's sometimes relevant, do you know about interrupts?

Correct, and you can do it even on enemies that are immune to stun (even tho this one could have been stunned too, so technically either of the reapoers could have done it)

But interrupts only Tanks and ranged physical DPS have them

It's not a super common mechanic but sometimes it comes up

The farther you go, the least important it becomes, but on day one it's a really good start
