Talking about Archaeology, confirmed it would not come back in its current form but they want to do something with it in the future. Mentioned that Delves "scratch a little of that itch," so hopefully they're considering something like the idea I proposed yestserday.
Also, we're apparently getting "Azerothian Archives" in a future Dragonflight patch that's going to help fill in some lore gaps, so not an Archaeology thing, but another feature to give us more history.

Classic stuff tl:dr - They're keeping the old raids, but may not change them, citing that the runes added to the player's power is probably enough of a twist. Level 25/40/50 raids will only remain relevant for those levels. They believe they're remain relevant to the level up experience after each phase, which I disagree with. So, pretty concerning stuff.
So basically... the new raids will have interesting stats on them while the end-game raids will not and will remain the same, which is pretty sad.
They said they may do something similar to those raids like that did in season of mastery but didn't specify. But what we know is that in season of mastery all they did was make the bosses drop +1 more loot lol
So here's what's going to happen as a result if they do this: Each content phase will be fun to level through with the new changes and new raids, but the moment we get to 60 and have to do the old raids with no changes people will stop.

They may as well at this point make the players send in basically a job application when signing up for an M+ if they're not meta.
And do know what the worst part about the whole thing is?
Trying to be nice and inviting any class/spec within reason and failing a decent chunk of those keys then getting frustrated after a while and slowly getting into the meta.
You really do need to be in a decent guild with decent people so you can play anything you want. Pugging is on life support.

That sounds cool! I don't use the barrel roll terribly often anyway. I usually just use the one that gains altitude as you can go pretty fast using that alone once you learn the trick to it.

Yeah, from what I've been reading the barrel roll is just terribly inefficient for what it does, so a new ability is nice.

I've not quite got the trick right for picking up speed on the liftoff ability. Something about looking up at a 45 degree angle and then snapping down?

I bought a timed +20 ULD. Their one paladin kept dying and somehow he got to 3k io. they brezzed twice on the 4th boss and it was just I and two other people for that fight. I have no idea how we even managed to time the place or how they even managed to get to the IO they were at. Shoot, I should be selling keys! xD

I know how frustrating this can be as no one likes buying something just to find out, that you can't use it to it's fullest. So I wanted to help here in any way that we can.
With the tokens we wouldn't be able to bypass the restriction for the difference in regions, unless we end up verifying the that you are within the states : / The main legality behind this is restriction is because WoW Tokens are classed as 'real money' due to the fact they can be redeemed for Balance (and) used for Gametime. Due to this - any kind of currency exchanging and essentially moving funds cross countries like this would be illegal for Blizzard as they are not a registered Bank and due to the nature of the product (currency) this is something only a legal registered bank could do. There are a lot more legal restrictions behind the buying/selling of WoW Tokens / Currency but hopefully the above explains the main issue.

The heroic mega dungeon does seem to be the best way to get fast flightstones. You get 65 flightstones per boss (or 260 per run) and it takes about 10-15 minutes. So if you're going too hard on the flightstone spending that's a good way to recover or quickly get alts caught up. I imagine tomorrow it'll be an even better farm once they increase the ilvl drops of the gear in there.
It's way faster than doing open world content for flightstones at least.

Oh yeah, you're still able to quickly get last season's set bonuses by doing the Dreamsurge/timerift/fyrakk assaults and using the catalyst. The catalyst does not require any charges for the previous season's stuff so it's a good way to increase your characters power as we wait to get the new sets.

I think they're starting to realize that RNG is only as good as the average player is willing to take.

The 80% dragonriding speed in older zones is a weird choice. If people need to slow down or want to afk and auto move they can just use legacy flying.
Orrr they could give dragonriding a stick-shift, allowing players to throttle their speed at their leisure. 60-100%.
Although I guess it's called dynamic flying and not manual flying for a reason.

So running my alt through the new zone, there's that mission near the beginning to fly your dragon through rings to put out firey motes. Alternately, you can hop on a fairy dragon.
I hopped on the fairy dragon. It was so fucking slow I hit the Dismount button and went back and got on my dragon.

I read when I'm invested in the content and they give me a reason to read.
The art team is amazing, the story-telling one has been pretty lackluster for a while.
The other problem is that WoW is an MMO where I feel like I got to zoom through stuff a lot of the time. Oh, you want the shiny reward? Well, it's only available once a year for 2-weeks so make sure you have a bunch of alts and get ready to get to farmin'. Oh, a new zone was just released that has a bunch of group related content? Well, better get to doing it now because you'll have a hard time getting groups going for it a month later...
There's definitely times where that's not the case, but that's usually when the content as at a lull and I'm doing stuff that's easy to solo and has been in the game for a while.

Trading post is another thing that they added that feels like that, even if they say stuff will return you don't know when or if it does if you'll miss it.
I'm hoping with the philosophy shift moving forward this will be less and less the case. I mean, war bands do help in a lot of cases, but there's still plenty they need to do.
