The difference is that Android is a platform that other people can build stuff on.

Google requires that they go through the Google payments and all the stuff goes through the Google marketplace despite being an operating system that you can take and do stuff with yourself. This means there’s a marketplace for Android apps.

It’s legal for Apple because Apple has total control and therefore there’s no marketplace for iOS apps.

So, ironically, being more open makes you more subject to being convicted of having a monopoly.

DS1 is kind of a piece of shit software that barely works tho, which could be a problem.

If you already know where everything is it's probably true, for a first time playthrough it's not quite so IMO

even only the fact that you can't fast travel adds to the difficulty, the fact that you have to actually find blacksmiths are not all neatly waiting in the hub area to upgrade your equipment, very few spells can be bought from npcs but pretty much all have to be hunted down from quests and NPCs etc...

It's a lot harder the first time than any of the other games

Also it has some of the worst run up to bosses to try again, no stakes of marikas in this one

As someone living where it's summer right now, I think I'm having a heat stroke just looking at that picture

this is a really good fight but this dodge mechanic was kicking my ass, it actually caused me to die in this fight which was my first death in this game at all

It doesn't come through in the video but to dodge in this game you have to either press forward (w) or quickturn (space) juuuuuust before an enemy attack would hit to dodge, I appreciate the overall thought of the mechanic and I kinda understand the thought behind it of wanting to make it seamlessly connect with your movement options but it doesn't translate very well and in the end of the clip I completely ate shit

I do love the way this enemy type handles weak spots which have become a thing for RE for a while, it's not big giant glowing orange eye weakspot, it's the exposed soft fleshy bits and it makes sense with the creature design, I like it

I also for some reason decided to go with the JP dub for this game to see what it's like and I actually really like it a lot, JP voice actors always do a great job, it fits pretty well

I grew up with 90s graphics, and there's both good and bad there. What I prefer in 90s themed graphics is the aesthetic minus some of the limitations. Give me long view distance, crisp antialiased low poly stuff, and lots of objects on the screen at once

Shovel Knight did it perfectly. They knew which parts of the aesthetic were desirable and which limitations did not breed creativity

Ok there should be a faq but there are 2 options

The first one is linking, when you link 2 or more accounts you chose a primary one and that's the one in which the progress counts

So yeah, every time you do anything on any platform with that account, it would count across all platforms

Then after linking you can chose to merge the accounts, if for example you played on multiple platforms before this allow to put everything you did in the two accounts on one account

If you didn't do any significant progress on both platforms tho, linking would be more than enough

so like, at the end of the wave, if you picked up any crates you can choose to pick up an item or destroy it for currency
But what you can do, is take an item, go back to the main menu and replay the wave you just cleared...

with that item in your inventory
