Here are my two cents on belle pg: if you are f2p, her pg at 10 works fine. You would only upgrade her pg to 30 if you want to use her as damage dealer. But most times, you will need your Abe to survive and do damage. At pg 10 , she does her job finely to lock enemies, pull them closer and reducing enemy energy. Being F2p you probably want to save your red pg upgrade material to invest on other character.
