Can't connect my youtube account

Hello, I just got Monstercat Gold, but I can't connect my account. I’m getting an error 400: 'This license is associated with another account.' The problem is, I already removed Monstercat from my Google account, so it’s probably linked to another account on the Monstercat website (which I no longer have access to). Could you please help me connect my YouTube channel to this new Monstercat account?

I have sent an email to the current license holder who will need to confirm the removal of the channel on their end before we take action

We are looking into this issue today. Since it occured during the weekend, we weren't able to look at it yet
