Will videos using MC tracks get taken down if the music is coming from a Roblox game, want to see if ill need to make a copyright notice to switch to the copyright free playlist.

those will not get any copyright notice

If you link your channel to your Gold account check if the songs that are playing in the video are marked creator safe on the Player (they are marked with an explanation point when not creator safe)
then you should be good to go really

not for me, i mean for others that play the game and upload, will having any monstercat music playing from the game get the video taken down, does the license Roblox have allow that or do i need to put a notice that streamers and youtubers shouldnt use that playlist
i have multiple playlists, one of them being MC, which may cause issue with bot, so need to know if there is a way to appeal, or i need notice
