Just keep a running list from throughout the year.
Not a good solution for me, I listen to COTW and the Instinct playlist usually when I can't pull my phone out and add every song I liked to a playlist. And I may not even realize it's a song I truly like until I hear it again (like, now when its time to vote). It's a simple solution to implement and I can't think of any downsides. Or, just make it so that we can seek through songs on the web player.

Like someone can scroll and see which tracks they missed during the year.
