I wouldn't say moved, but I think they can do both. COTW400 was streamed on both and it worked out well

on Youtube? hmm, apparently the team said that the algorithm was promoting the livestream before instead of the new releases.

Plus most of the time YouTube spam bots keep showing up on Silk streams, so it would be like the team has to manage spam on both Uncaged, instinct and Silk streams on YouTube.

No the stream wasn't prioritized over the releases, it was a YouTube bug that when if you streamed you accidentally got blacklisted on the algo
