thumbnail generation crash loop (caused by .svg?)

Laptop: Asus Zenbook s13 UM5302
CPU: Ryzen 7 6800U
iGPU: Radeon 680M

Both my OS and kernel are at their current latest updates.

Sorry for my third post, I am again not running behind proxies, this is replicable in any browser incognito or not along with the rest of the required steps. I have tried using an intel laptop from 2018 and another amd gaming pc from two years ago to no avail.

I start immich with docker-compose.yml then press generate missing thumbnails which fails, causing immich_server to crash.

The issue is that I seem to have the same files in what seems to be the same order attempted to be generated when I rerun these steps, meaning I get the same results on every attempt.

a single favicon.svg seems to be the cause according to my logs, but I am not sure if anything else could be happening here except that its definitely something with immich_server and incompatible generation.
