if i sort the pictures by "not in an album" the pictures are no longer sorted by date and i have to click every single one to look the date up. can we fix that ? or is there a workaround?

Just tested on my instance and it seems to work fine. Also I see an order by clause in the server code

here you see t he date over every picture taken at that date... when i just hit photos on the left.

now: if i filter by "not in any album". this happens:

if i want to move the non album pictures into albums i dont see the dates

so please tell me where i can activaete it or if it is indeed missing option

Oh, there's no date bucketing on the search page, that's correct

I'm not saying it's not but I doubt it would be implemented. You are free to open a feature request on github but that's no guarantee of implementation
