#Immich on TreuNAS Scale error after update

I just updated my Immich on TreuNAS and now the container will not start with

[2026/02/18 07:07:30] (ERROR) app_lifecycle.compose_action():56 - Failed 'down' action for 'immich' app: validating /mnt/.ix-apps/app_configs/immich/versions/1.13.0/templates/rendered/docker-compose.yaml: networks.ix-internal-immich-net Additional property enable_ipv4 is not allowed

I am thinking this is a TrueNAS thing but I am checking just in case. Thanks!

Yep, this is definitely a truenas thing

You may get lucky in #truenas, but that's generally completely unrelated to Immich (given we don't even support the truenas app)

enable_ipv4 needs Docker compose 2.33.1/docker v28 or later which is very new

25.10 has docker 28.3 which has the enable_ipv4 property
25.04 has docker 27.5 which does not

It was not the full vcersion.

I know. I am working on it. But I cannot update a stopped app and it will not start. At work and cannot give it my full attention

Take your time 🙂
I think the fix here is to modify the template so you can start the app again and then update it (from what I understood)
