When I put in the server endpoint, it goes to the login screen. For a new user login I was able to log in and was prompted to change the password. I changed the password then was logged out. When I went to log back in with the new password, it doesn't work. The old password also doesn't work. This only happens on my wife's iPhone. I haven't tested on the iPad yet but my Android works just fine. Im using http.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
  • All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
  • Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
  • Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
  • The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.

As for the server, the installation is more-or-less default from the github docker install docs. The only changes I really made was the location of storage on the host and the timezone.

Do you mean the new users password change flow isn't working correctly?

Worked on my ipad. Ill recreate the user account associated with that iphone.
