Can you try logging out and back in as a start?
Tried a lot of times even choosing folders with less files but still nothing
Connected over localhost?
I’m connected through Tailscale if you mean that but I’m in the same network right now
Can you try connecting via localhost directly to rule out any funky networking issues
just did it but still the assets remaining at remainder and not backing up
Can you share the full mobile logs
I believe you mean this or something else?
Server and app up to date?
yeah looks like you have a very outdated server
i see in my server is still the v 1.132.3.
Maybe you can help me how to update it? because i dont see it somehow
checkout breaking changes to see if it applies to you and update to those version one by one before jumping straight to 2.3.1
pfff now you destroyed me.
im really new in this and imagine im running casaos.
updating software is part of self-hosting and maintaining your services 🙂
I think you can get some help over casaos forum
yeah i know but will take me some time.
i will be back with news.
thank you for all the help
No problem
take your time to read through the release note
if you don't have many assets, might be easier to start over
actually i have 0 assets at the moment in my nas.
but everytime i download the app from the casaos store its the same old version
Maybe if you can, I highly suggest using the official of docker-compose route, which will make things so much easier to maintain and to get helped with here
so apparently there is a second app in the store that is the new version and now im up to date.
still not uploading the assets.
You probably need to log out and log back in
I have this errors now in log
i did actually but still not working...
Can you first clear the logs, then logout and log back in, wait a few second for the sync to finish, then go to the logs and share the entire logs
looks like your instance is still not in the right shape
the remote sync is still failing
check the server log
how can i find the logs in the server?
I don't know about casa os
i though you meant for the immich server
I don't know how to find logs in casaos for the immich server
