In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
  • All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
  • Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
  • Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
  • The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
  • Any other information that you think might be relevant.

Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.
Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;)

Nothing relevant in logs to upload, running on Unraid (via docker compose not community apps). For this example 9bcgrwqo5j%2fhaley-tim-wedding works but my clients have the link with the /. If this isn't possible with the current implementation I would be happy to open a feature request/bug and possibly contribute a change myself, if that functionality isn't unwanted

Using a slash as a non-path separator seems pretty cursed; I don’t see us adding this

Yeah that's kind of what I figured, just another headache I get to deal with for making the mistake of using photoprism :)

Because we do serve paths underneath the share link, such as photos/

One thing that's interesting here is it doesn't give me the full "slug not found 404" page, it gives me an error dialog
