In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
  • All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
  • Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
  • Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
  • The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
  • Any other information that you think might be relevant.

Perhaps you are out of space 😄 (on the drive where your docker container resides)

Looks like you have 2.1gb free on your root drive, which I believe is where docker will download and extract the image. Maybe that’s not quite enough to do that, I’ve never actually checked how much storage you need to do that

Also I see your boot disk size is 50gb but I don’t see the entire 50gb anywhere in your df command, but I’m not too sure about your setup
