#Amazing Disapearing Library

Recently, I don't know exact dates, I noticed that my Library in my Immich server was empty. However upon further investigation I noticed that pictures were accessible through through the Map and Explore tabs. (screen caps attached.) If I poke around through these tabs my pictures seem to be intact. Which suggests the issues is with the database not the file storage.

I'm running Immich on TrueNas Scale using the TrueNas appstore installation. I think the initial cause of this is due to a couple of brief power outages we had and I've already added a UPS to prevent future issues with power loss.

So my question is how do I get Immich to rebuild the database without having to reimport all of the photos?

I believe this is because your browser is too old and doesn’t support a feature we started using. The next release will address this. But try to use a more modern browser if possible

I'm using the current version of firefox.

Can you right click, inspect element, then go to the console tab?

Hmm is it the same after refreshing the page, still with the console open?

sour flax

yes

Well this is odd. The page isn’t supposed to look like that when there are no assets, and if it does it usually means there’s a client-side error. But then there are no errors in the console…?

Can you check the developer console for error message?

So I have tested it with my add blocker disabled with no effect. I also tested it in Edge (most convinent alternative browser) to no effect.
