Information
In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like
fdisk -landdf -h). - The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.
Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;)

Country dropdown is for the screen after you enter email and confirm
And I would say it's you but you tried all kinds of browsers and connections so that's weird
Is the email you're entering valid? The button does not turn blue unless you enter a valid email.

I agree, it has got to be me but I just can't figure out how/why. Also: I tried two different emails (one at gmail.com) so I'm pretty sure they are valid.
So you enter an email, and you just can't click confirm?
Ha! Something just changed. Same system, same browser, same same everything except moment in time.. Before I'd enter the email and the Confirm button would stay gray. Just now I entered the (same) email and it turned blue. I'm now on my way to making the purchase.
I think what fixed it was my saying it did not work.
