Information

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
  • All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
  • Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
  • Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
  • The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
  • Any other information that you think might be relevant.

Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.
Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;)

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.

12gb

using about 50%

#

but I could free some up if needed.

surreal ginkgo
#

Monitor your resources as you boot immich, at least that's where I'd start. Could also free some up as a test

stark dragon
#

resources not a problem. went up to 58% before container stopped and restarted. (started containers at red line)

surreal ginkgo

Ok, in that case you'll need to provide everything the bot asked for

stark dragon
#

no recent changes. brand new setup.

#

Let me know if you need anything else!

surreal ginkgo
#

I believe you need to delete the health check section

#

My bad, it was start interval I was referring to

stark dragon
#

yes, that's what I'm using. I only tried Marius's when the "official" procedure wasn't working. I then deleted that and tried the immich process.

I'm running on mobile so everything's not infront of me all at once

stark dragon
#

no problem, thanks for looking into this

surreal ginkgo
#

Sorry I'm going to have to jump out of this. My girl just woke up, and we're out camping so I'd rather not be on my phone. I may be able to check in here and there but it won't be a lot for sure for the next few days

This is not urgent at all, enjoy your time away with family!

Thanks! If no one has helped you by the time I'm back home I'll take your env and compose files and put them on my Synology and see what happens

Hi, just wanted to bump this thread. Anyone want to take a peak and see if they can spot my problem?

# stark dragon Hi, just wanted to bump this thread. Anyone want to take a peak and see if they ...

those logs are very dificult to read in that format

anyway, try the following, edit your compose file and add the following to the immich-server section to prevent restarting

    entrypoint: /bin/sh
    tty: true

then, open a console to the immich-server container and execute the following

apt update && apt install -y iputils-ping
ping redis
ping database
ping immich-machine-learning

send the results and a SS of container tab of your synology container manager

also, include an SS of the details page for each container, bottom part, the network section

Thank you for your tips, I just needed to add the IP range to the firewall, I only had the port.

#

I'm in and it's working! How do I close this "ticket"?

grave ermine

glad is working. type /close
