#App stuck on "Building Timeline"

So I am new to Immich and everything is working great. I have uploaded thousands of pictures. I have download the app on my phone and worked great. I wanted my wife to download the app and start looking at it. So I went to User Management and created a user with her e-mail address. She downloaded the app and logged it with her new credentials. She got to the main screen and it says "Building Timeline" for hours and never loads.

I logged her out and I logged in to her app using my credentials and it said Building Timeline for 2 seconds and then all the pictures appeared.

Why doesn't her account work? Am I missing a step?

If you wife hasn’t uploaded anything to her account, you will need to select an album as target backup, so that the timeline will populate the photos and videos from that album

But what if we don't want to backup assets from her phone?

I guess I am missing something. How can she just see all the photos that are on the server?
