In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
  • All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
  • Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
  • Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
  • The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
  • Any other information that you think might be relevant.

Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.
Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;)

This is pure file modification date, it has lower priority than "photo taken"

how did you upload these images to immich? Immich would not be using the google photos json at all

if you used immich go, then it would have gotten converted to an XMP sidecar file which overrides the attached EXIF, that's how they work

Could you zip up an example here? don't just put up the image because discord strips metadata

You'll want to fix it in an xmp file, not straight into the raw file because Immich will not pick that up and it will mess things up

I'm not actually sure where the TZ is set, for me I don't have the TZ var defined and everything is through Locale

The TZ looks fine. Quotes vs no quotes doesn’t matter

Can you post the output of docker inspect immich_server and docker exec -it immich_server date
