XMP info missing

I can see a long description and 14 keywords of a photo in the IPTC field under Mac Preview Inspector. However, only the long description can be seen in immich. I submitted Extract Metadata, Sidecar Metadata jobs and completed the jobs. Any idea how I can fix that?

Thanks, Daniel. I don't have tags enabled. How can I enable tags in immich on my Mac? There is a User Settings under Admin; however, only "Delete delay" appears.

I clicked the link and got "saved". However, I still cannot see the keywords in my photos.

How my.immich.app works is that it'll store the URL of your instance locally, and then you can access those my.immich.app links and they'll deep link into your instance

So basically, you enter the URL of your instance here once, and then you can it should bring you right to that setting

Unfortunately the link didn't bring me to the settings. I have to account-settings-features-tags.

I am using desktop version not an app in phone, etc.
