In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

  • Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).

  • Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.

And do you use the Shared Album feature of iCloud?

So it is likely that the assets are from Shared Library feature that were present at some point and then got removed by the users

It is a bug that when pulling the assets info on the phone, it pulls these information as well, like the phone database is not properly clear it

I think you will need to disable the Shared Albums feature of iOS

also, do I need to raise another ticket for this - i am having issues with video playback on devices that are using the website that aren't mine

I suspect its due to h.265 but I don't want to have to transcode 2000 files as it'll use up way more storage and take forever

That wouldn't be an issue, H265 support is spotty currently
