Search images by description

Why isn't there a feature to search an image by it's "description" field?

Isn't this a really basic feature that should be written before those machine learning searches??

I wanted to use llama to generate description for all of the images in my library using immich api

and then later search any image easily

but seems like i can't search with description

Because nobody's built it.

1. Everybody's priority is different
2. The ML search was there before descriptions

can i use /search/smart endpoint itself instead of creating /search/description ?

It'll return the images which matched description first, and then the embedding ones
