I almost fell out of my chair when I saw immich-web and immich-proxy.

There have been so many breaking changes in the meantime, I have no idea what would happen if you update to the latest version from where you are.

Before you do anything, make sure you backup your library and the database.

If I were in your shoes I would start over with a fresh installation of Immich.
