Hello,

according to the manual immich schould make an automatic database backup into UPLOAD_LOCATION/backups. In my settings this feature is activated, the mentioned folder also exists, but it's empty. I'm running immich since a year so there should be at least the last 14 backups by default 😦
Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help
Rico

echo crown

it only just came out

wait till tomorrow

Yeah it runs on a cron job, that only started counting since you updated to 1.120

#

So unless you set the cron time to "just now" it won't have been able to run yet

echo crown
#

absolutely unusable

old sequoia
#

Oh you're right, I thought the feature already exists for a longer time 😅 I already set the cronjob time to a time 10:41 at my local time, so there should have been created one backup

vale crypt
#

10:41 your time or 10:41 server time? (they may differ)

echo crown
#

how to set server time?

old sequoia
#

i checked in the container. The time matches my local time

vale crypt
#

If you really want to be sure just set one for every hour on minute <right now>

old sequoia
#

ok I'll do

echo crown
#

or add 1 minute to the minute

vale crypt
#

Then set it back to once a day of course 😛

#

yeah the time has to be in the (near) future of course

OK nevermind. It works 🙈. Sorry for the question. Btw. I love immich 🙂
