#how to share external library or a way to view a mounted picture folder with other users?

I have succesfully mounted my external library inside an account. But these external library i want also that access other users.

You can make an album and share it

but the problem is, say i have whole of folders on the mounted folders. To share all of this folder create an album is not the way i think.

Can't you add the library to multiple users? That was another option but creates duplicate generated data. Whatever is the lesser of two evils I guess

Under admin, settings, video transcode settings, transcode policy.

Once you set it, run the transcode all job, and it will remove them.

Realize this may break video playback on some devices.

there is also an option on immich partner sharing, what is really the differences instead of add new external library
