#Shared Link Blank

I made some albums that I want to share with family. I cannot get the links to work. If I do not require a password the link displays only the album name and how many assets are in the album. There are no photos or videos visable.

If I require a password on the shared Link you can see the photos the first time you select the link. If you close out of the browser after opening the link, and the. Reopen the browser it does not request a password anymore and it goes back to the blank page.

Of required password is selected why wouldn't it require a password Everytime you select the link?

I've reproduced this through 3 iPhones, a Samsung s24, Google pixel 7, windows 10, windows 11, and another windows 10 device

Update, it will always work if I use an incognito tab, but I am sharing this with computer illiterate people and that doesn't really help.

clear the cookies and that should work too

Tried that in a few phones and it didn't seem to help always. I was looking for a easy way to share this with family and I can't expect them to force stop their browser and clear cookies just to look at the photos. I'll use Google photos for now was just trying to avoid going back to Google hahaha

If you open the link once put the password in the next time will always go straight to the page bypassing the password. Which results in a blankpage. This would just be to complicated for some of my family that are 60+ years old

I've been playing around and can't get this to work. Without password the album looks empty to users with a link, but every device only lets you put in the password the first time you access the link. Unless you use incognito mode. So this def seems like an issue with the app.
