Can I run Immich without Docker?

I don't wanna use docker. Are there any instructions on building and running Immich without Docker?

There is a snap for linux I think but it is not officially supported

what is the issue with running it with docker?

I'm using an old device with limited resources as my server. To be fair I haven't used docker much, but to me it seems wasteful to have a separate container with it's own databases and everything for every application I have installed.
