There's no way to restore this to how it was before without a backup of the database as well

The assets are separated per folder by user. If you don't have user labels set then you'll need to figure out which folder is who by looking at the contents

You'll find the full size original files in upload and library

And then you can reupload them with the cli

Immich rejects uploading identical files, so you won't get stuck with duplicates, but the apps might still try to upload them (because they don't handle this scenario that well atm)
