#Immich Backup excluding videos?

I'm currently setting up an immich server including a backup via borg backup and am following the steps in the docs at https://immich.app/docs/guides/template-backup-script/
As i'm not familiar with immichs internal folder structure, i just want to double, tripple check that there's no error in the immich doc. The doc stats, i should exclude /encoded_video/ folder - is that some generated folder and therefore will be regenerated when i restore a backup or are all videos be stored there (and therefore be lost once i restore a backup)? Thanks for clarification!
