Unable to remove asset from Shared Album

I am using docker on ubuntu with portainer.
Since the last update on the server I am unable to remove a photo or video I shared with shared album. I am the owner of the album. This happens across all the platform. On the web the cursor displays the image that I uploaded. There is an issue created https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/9882 that I don't think is getting enough attention 😦
