The guide I followed for install is https://immich.app/docs/install/docker-compose , had no issues and everything seems to be running smoothly.
I tried to go to https://immich.app/docs/install/post-install and follow the first instruction, but my pc is deciding to not open the web app. I got my IP, replaced the http://<machine-ip-address>:2283 with my ip, nothing happened besides basic search results. Tried it without replacing the command - same result. Decided to just see if maybe my tired brain is not putting 2 n 2 together, so I did it in command prompt - nothing. I'm not tech wise, but I want to learn and use Immich.

What sort of system do you have Immich running on, what is its IP address, what's the exact address you're putting into your browser?
Lenovo pc running Windows, 10.0.0.109 , http://<10.0.0.109>:2283
Youre a lifesaver
Thank you
Also is there a way to change the storage limit? I have way more than 236.3 gb of photos
The limit is just how much space there is in UPLOAD_LOCATION
oooh ic thank you
One last stupid question i swear! I changed the upload location, added the library, tried variations.
Sorry it sent before I was done typing
UPLOAD_LOCATION=./F:\Temple-photos is variation one
UPLOAD_LOCATION=F:\Temple-photos is variation two
UPLOAD_LOCATION=./Temple-photos is variation three
The desired location has 1.37 tb free, the web app is saying I only have 236.3 free? I have restarted the server completely, yet the changes aren't applying
I don't know how these mounts work in windows so you'll have to do some googling or wait for someone else to answer, sorry
Alright, thank you
I'll try googling, hopefully someone on windows sees this
