#How can Immich use previously imported photos from iOS App?

Using UnRaid v1.100

I screwed up and added an external library. It created many duplicates. I removed the external library but the duplicates are still there.

I deleted the postgres database and started from fresh.

I had already imported the majority of my iOS photos to the "/photos" directory that the mobile app uploaded to.

How do I have the fresh install of immich go into the previously uploaded "/photos" directory and work from there? I do not want to re-upload 40k photos from the app.

PLEASE HELP!!!

This is not possible. If you want the photos "inside" Immich and have features like deletion, etc you need to re-import all the photos

#

you can use the app, immich CLI, or immich-go CLI

#

If you want it as an external library, you can just add it like such
