the upload folder also store the interuppted upload, if you have background upload enable, something the video might not finished uploaded and get killed by the OS

ah then it makes sense, it is disabled so all of the asset will stay in the upload folder

but if i enable it now I would need to reproccess the images again right?

The storage template will only affected the new uploaded assets

the new assets will arrive there first and then get moved to the respective template

No, it definitely is as I have assets which are same in both the library and upload folder

It should be moved automatically when you enable the storage template

depends, if there is interrupted upload, there will be incomplete file from that upload not being finished

I think there’s a bug where it won’t migrate archived assets

We need to add withArchived: true to the query
