my entire PC freezes

idk if it's due to the game's code or anything going on in my PC (i'm a windows 10 player) but my entire PC freezes at a random time and i have to hard-shutdown (holding the power button some time) my pc just to be capable of exiting the game

Hi! Sorry to you having Problems running the game. The issue sounds more like a driver problem than a Problem on our end. The game itself can't hang your system. You could try to update and / or reinstall your graphics driver which may fix the issue. Also did you try both the DirectX 12 version and the Vulkan version? (You can choose between the two when starting the game)

i have directX 11 (my pc is from around 2018 or something like that, it was one of the best PCs back then but now, it struggles to run even your game (maybe it's because it's the family PC now, so a lot of abandoned stuff from my mom is in there and that causes more problems), after the 28/02/2025 (for most people including me) or 02/28/2025 (for people from the US) update you can maybe make an engine optimization (if you're learning more) for DirectX 11 (also, cool game ngl, if i had a pc that had DirectX 12 i would play this game more)

Try updating your graphics drivers, that makes a HUGE difference running games. Also, if direct x isn’t working well for you, when you start up the game select Vulkan if your gpu supports it, it may run better
