Recommended RSS Readers/Sources?

Hi All,

Looking to get myself a nice RSS reader and get some good news sources alongside it, any recommendations? I'd like to have someway to sync it with an app on my phone, and I'd prefer to not have to self-host it 🙂

Currently being lazy and using Feedly. On Android "Read You" is really awesome FOSS app but I've yet to spend the time gathering RSS feeds.

yeah i use reader to take notes for books all the time. Has really nice obsidian intergration too

I was using Fluentreader for a while, very nice UI but it seems mostly abandoned. I switched to thunderbird recently, I'd say my only complain is handling of youtube sources and when I group sources under a folder, I would like the parent folder to show all child articles. Besides that, it's a very nice RSS reader
