• In-game purchases and content fees in MapleStory N
• The 5% transaction fee incurred when purchasing on the MSU Marketplace
• MSU Web Shop purchases
• Power Crystal purchases

▶️ Important things to note during calculation (most frequent question)

• In the case of the Marketplace, only the 5% transaction fee incurred during purchases is included in the calculation. The value of items paid during purchases and all selling transactions are excluded from the calculation.
• Therefore, the higher the proportion of Marketplace trading activity, the lower your payback amount / MVP tier may appear compared to the actual NESO you spent.

I sincerely assure you that my repeated claiming of Power Crystals in the Anniversary Universe Villains event was completely unintentional. I thought the server was lagging and my redemption didn’t go through successfully, so I ended up claiming it multiple times by mistake. I only tried it three times in total.

I haven’t used any of these crystals and they are still in my account. To me, these Power Crystals are totally insignificant. Right after the server went online, I immediately spent over 50 million NESO in the game.

Feel free to deduct these crystals from my account if necessary. Please kindly review my case and lift my account ban as soon as possible. My teammates are already waiting for me.

Besides, I still have my Arcane River daily quests unfinished. This sudden ban has caused me huge losses, and I will end up being left behind and abandoned by my guild team if my account stays banned much longer.

▶️ NESO spending categories included in the calculation (applies to both Payback / MVP)

• In-game purchases and content fees in MapleStory N
• The 5% transaction fee incurred when purchasing on the MSU Marketplace
• MSU Web Shop purchases
• Power Crystal purchases

▶️ Important things to note during calculation (most frequent question)

• In the case of the Marketplace, only the 5% transaction fee incurred during purchases is included in the calculation. The value of items paid during purchases and all selling transactions are excluded from the calculation.
• Therefore, the higher the proportion of Marketplace trading activity, the lower your payback amount / MVP tier may appear compared to the actual NESO you spent.

▶️ MVP Point accumulation criteria (Important note regarding Power Crystals)

The basis for accumulation is whether NESO was spent, not the use of other currencies.
